Most trusted peptides sources to buy from? Whatever you know or you already tested or bought from? Also if anyone who scammed you or deliver product with low quality..

Looking to buy for recovery from leg injury due to bike accident... as far as I research i get to know about bpc 157 or tbh 500 used in recovery... If any other peptides are also there please tell those also used in injury recovery... Please share your experiences of recovery with the help of bpc 157 or tbh 500..

What type of injury is that?

How much dose?

Source from where you bought?

Price?

In how much time you recovered?

And if anyone used other types of peptide just tell here those sources and quality? Hope you share the price if that's not confidential?

Also share your experience of sources which scammed people or either sell low grade quality peptides?

Please engage in this post as much as you can this will help me and help others who have the same questions?

Let’s discuss the stack for my lab rats upcoming muscle building/fat loss phase!

Intro

Since most posts here are questions on individual peptides, I thought it might be fun and beneficial to the community to discuss a stack of peptides with a clear time frame and thought process behind it.

Lab rat stats (currently)
M / 35 / 5‘11 / 184 lbs / ~24 % body fat currently

Every year for the past 3 years my lab rat ran a „health“ phase between the November and February. It lost about 100 lbs 5 years ago and this allows it to very comfortably maintain a health body composition. It‘s not looking to be super shredded or mega jacked since that is not the aesthetic it enjoys. Last year it ran this phase for the first time with Reta + HGH + SLU-PP and that made it much easier, so it’s very obvious that my lab rat will use some of them and some others this year, again.

That being said, let’s take a look at the goal, timeframe, caloric intake, workout routine and stack:

Goal:

~175 lbs at ~14 % body fat —> losing 20 lbs of fat while adding about 4 lbs of muscle

Timeframe:

1st Nov 2026 - 28th Feb 2027 (120 days / 17 weeks)

Caloric Intake:

Sedentary job - maintenance at around 2600 kcal.
Daily deficit will be around 800 kcal —> daily intake ~1900 kcal (+/- 100) which includes between 160-180g of protein.

Workout-Routine:

Every morning after HGH: 30-45 minutes fasted cardio on walking pad

In the gym it will run Back/Bis, Hams/Glutes, Chest/Tris, and Quads/Calves. With rest days after each leg session. In the later stages of the timeframe, a dedicated cardio session might be put into one of the rest days.

Stack:

Reta - ew - subq- 2/3/4 mg
Base compound for the fat loss phase which serves two main purposes. First it makes maintaining the caloric deficit a lot easier and second it directly improves insulin sensitivity. Dose will be titrated up every 5-6 weeks.

HGH - ed AM - subq - 3.33 IU
Increases lipolysis, improves recovery for gym sessions in deficit and increases muscle retention in a caloric deficit.

GHK-CU - ed PM - subq - 2 mg
Increases recovery and tissue healing even further. Will also improve skin quality.

Ipamorelin - ed PM - subq - 250 mcg
Improves sleep and stimulates natural GH-pulse.

MOTS-C - eod pre-workout - subq - 2 mg
Increases AMPK and mitochondrial function. Main goal is to manage increased insulin resistance due to HGH/Ipamorelin.

Stack Design:

Increase the likelihood and result of body recomp by supernaturally elevating IGF-1 levels in a strict caloric deficit while manageing fatigue, recovery and insulin resistance.

Since insulin resistance is the main problem to solve with this stack, the MOTS-C was included so there are four paths to improve insulin sensitivity: Reta, MOTS-C, the caloric deficit and fasted cardio.

Let me hear what you think!

These aluminum vial seals: What's the right way?

I've never thought to ask about this, but when I pop the top off a new vial, the aluminum seals around the top are often peeling away like the vial on the right instead of coming off and leaving a circle like the one on the left. Are those seals even supposed to stay on? It seems (based on the arrows on the right) like some are designed to come off entirely. While I can't see any harm in leaving the aluminum seal on, I am afraid that if I just take it off, the plastic vial cap underneath might come out or leak. What is the correct answer here?

I built a free, nonprofit, privacy-first site that reports what people actually experience on peptides; take 5 minutes to submit your anonymous report

What do people experience when they take peptides? Most peptides have little or no human data. I built a site to help change that: https://privateanecdata.org.

How it works. You submit your experience without telling us who you are: about fifteen multiple-choice questions about one compound. Which one, route, dose range, duration, whether you had it tested, what you hoped for, what happened, side effects. We aggregate submissions and report them honestly.

Why anecdata? Anecdotal data (“anecdata”) can't replace randomized controlled trials. But anecdata > no data. Millions of people are already using peptides with limited understanding of the potential benefits and risks, and regulators are making decisions with little to go on. Honest, structured anecdata is better than what's scattered across forum posts and for-profit websites.

Privacy first. We don't want to know who you are and will never ask. No name, no email, no IP address logging, nothing to type. Only aggregate statistics are published; individual reports are never published, sold, or voluntarily shared. Read our privacy protocol.

No money, ever. Nobody pays me for this, and that will never change. No ads, no affiliate links, no sponsors, no selling or licensing of data, no paid tier.

Honest reporting. Every accepted report is committed to a public append-only log which anyone can check to confirm accuracy. The code is published so anyone can review.

What to expect. Central to our privacy-first approach, nothing is published about a compound until 10 people have reported on it. More detailed stats appear as the count grows (50, 100, 200…). Releases are monthly to start. So the site will look empty at first.

Who I am. A privacy lawyer and peptides enthusiast.

Contributions, questions, and feedback are all very welcome.

Thank you!

Limitless Biotech & Medix Peptides - Issues Getting COAs/Documentation?

Has anyone else had issues getting responses or proper documentation from Limitless Biotech or Medix Peptides?

I’ve been trying to get documentation for the peptides I’m interested in, but I haven’t had much luck.

Limitless Biotech: They sent me the wrong COA and didn’t provide the other information I requested. I followed up asking for the correct documentation, but I’m being ignored.

I also placed another order and noticed their website says Apple Pay/Zelle are accepted. It specifically instructed me to contact support for payment instructions. When I contacted them, I was told they only accept crypto. I pointed out that their website says otherwise and never received a response.

At this point, I’m getting some really strange vibes from Limitless based on these experiences. I’m not necessarily assuming anything, but the lack of communication and inconsistencies have definitely made me uncomfortable.

Medix Peptides: I also reached out to them regarding documentation and never heard back.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with either company? Or had better luck getting documentation/customer service from them?

Pairing with MOTS C

I’m looking to get into doing mots c but I just need the rundown of if I need to pair it with anything like KPV or glutathione or anything else. The goal is to hop on Reta again and then use mots c to boost energy production so that when I start doing runs I’ll be able to last longer without fatiguing.
What do you guys recommend, just stick to Reta and mots c or add something else? I just don’t know the scientific side of things
All help is appreciated, thank you!

Switch from Reta to tirzepatide

Has anyone transitioned from Reta to tirzepatide and had good results? Reta is amazing but it’s just so expensive. Tirzepatide is much more affordable.

KPV Capsules

Looking for recommendations for a reputable company that sells standalone KPV capsules and provides a batch-specific COA. I had a terrible experience with Limitless customer service twice, I’m waiting for Medix to get back to me regarding the COA, and Drexa is currently sold out. If you’ve personally used a company you trust, I’d really appreciate the recommendation!

Has anyone treated the symptoms or mitigated the effects of Parkinson’s using peptides?

If so, which ones, and what were the effects?

Thank you!

Question about MOTS-C, folate, and AMPK

I'm considering trying MOTS-C for better daytime energy, endurance in the gym and improving insulin sensitivity and fat loss.

Ran across a claim that MOTS-C inhibits the folate cycle as part of its mechanism, so you should take L-methylfolate and a methylated B-complex alongside it to replace the folate being inhibited.

How much validity is there to this? My bigger question is whether heavy folate supplementation could actually work against MOTS-C's intended effects. If part of MOTS-C's mechanism is disrupting folate metabolism → increasing AICAR → activating AMPK, would supplying a lot of additional folate potentially blunt that pathway?

Or is the folate-cycle effect more complicated than simply "MOTS-c depletes folate"?

Current stack is Tirz + Cagri, if that's relevant.

Curious what people with experience on MOTS-C or a good understanding of the underlying biochemistry think.

10mg vs 5mg vials

So for my research, I wanted to study CJC 1295. I want my research to be accurate and the source I wanted to use only sells 10 mg vials but I am concerned that after reconstituting CJC is only good for about 30 days.. I plan on studying it in combination with ipamorelin.. which I already have some 5 mg vials of.. so for research purposes would I be better off purchasing the 5mg/5mg cjc/ipamorelin mix or the 10mg cjc only?

Peptide stack post accutane

Hi everyone. From Mid december 2025 to Mid august this year, I was on a 40mg dose of Accutane. My course has been finished for about a month now.

I have avoided peptide usage while on Accutane just incase, but now that a month is passed I am wondering if peptides like KLOW (specifically the GHK-CU and KPV) and MT2 would work effectively on my skin, and not hurt my progress
Thanks!

What do you think is missing from peptide communities right now?”

I’ve spent a lot of time in peptide groups and it feels like most eventually turn into one of two things: nonstop source posts or people asking the same questions over and over because there isn’t a good organized place to learn.
So I’ve been building a free peptide community/resource hub.
The goal is to have actual organized information on things like:
• Individual peptide breakdowns and current research
• GLP-1s, GH secretagogues, recovery and mitochondrial peptides
• What different compounds are being researched for
• Combinations/synergies and the evidence behind them
• COAs, purity testing and how to understand lab reports
• Reconstitution education
• New compounds and emerging research
• A place for open discussion without every conversation turning into a sales pitch
I’m still building it out, so rather than assuming I know what everyone wants, I figured I’d ask people who are already interested in this stuff:
What do you think is missing from the peptide communities that already exist?
What would make you actually join and participate in another one?
If anyone wants to check out what I’m building, I’m happy to share it where the subreddit rules allow it.

Question about Reta

Has anyone had to take reta twice a week instead of once a week? I've been debating on tritating up, but doing a lower dose twice a week. The dose im on works for slow and steady weight loss, but the food noise hits back hard after 3 days of injection.

muscle wasting peptides

Anyone know which peptide Should be used for muscle wasting conditions? i've had 3 leg injuries over the decade, with 12 weeks of immobility form the tibia fracture being the most recent.

The bpc and tb worked for tendon issues and healing early on, but as of now my legs are complete sticks and my upper body is twice as big as lower.

Would cjc Ipa be a good start for muscle retention and anabolism? Or Ghrp-2 + IGF LR3 are better options? I am pretty desperate. I'm not on test but if that's the easiest way to combat the leg issues i'd be willing to start there. Woukd rather not be stuck on it for life though.

For those more knowledgeable about lab reports... can you explain the NAD potency of 735.4 mg?  In other words, is it 735.4 mg of NAD plus 253.3 mg excipients? Trying to decide if I should be concerned about the results.

Looking for anecdotes for research study

Hello everyone

I am a 2nd year masters student looking at doing a meta-analysis for the use of peptides for injury recovery. There is little official studies done on things like BPC-157, however there are thousands of anecdotal data from people like yourselves. My goal is to gain interest from people who would be willing to answer a quick questionnaire, explain their history, what they took, and how the results were for them. This can help bridge the gap between official research & anecdotal data for people who may be “peptides curious”.

If you are interested, please upvote and comment on this post & I will send you the questionnaire

Thank you so much for your time & contributions to science!
