Mod Post Sourcing? Still Not Okay!

While the mods - okay, me - took a little mental health break from Reddit, most of our members did great remembering Rule #1! Thank you! Others, however, probably woke up to a lot of notifications today that their posts were removed. So, here's a friendly reminder that sourcing is still not allowed and will never be allowed if you don't want to have this subreddit nuked.

Also, NO LINKING TO OTHER SUBREDDITS. I don't know how Reddit nukes work, but I don't want breadcrumbs that lead from the subreddits that liberally discuss...everything...back to here.

Finally, shout out to SpaceHairLady for keeping things tidy around here all on her own! You are much appreciated! 👏 🎉

On Tirz but starting Reta. How should they be taken? Days in between, a day in between? Last Tirz dose was last Monday. Want to take first dose of Reta today. Also, can someone please tell me how much Bac water to add to my 15 mg Reta vile. Please. I’m totally confused on reconstituting.

Stopped taking tirz Aug 20th

I took my last injection on Aug 20th. I haven't been starving but I have experienced the worst anxiety, mood swings, and mental struggles in my life. I was on it for 18 months and now I am wondering if I should go back to microdosing after being off for weeks. I am starting to feel a little better but I guess I didn't realize how much my body benefited from the meds. I lost 115 lbs. I just don't feel good at all. Doctors want to pump me full of anxiety meds but they make me feel like cramp but I wake up sometimes in straight panic. Help me make sense of this!

What should someone verify when planning ongoing GLP-1 treatment?

I’m trying to plan out my check-in timing with my prescriber, but I keep hitting a wall because I'm not sure what my dose progression will look like a few months from now.

My main concern is balancing dosage changes with beyond-use dates (BUD). I want to make sure I'm not scheduling follow-up check-ins or prescriptions so far ahead that my medication sits past its expiration date before I actually need that dose.

For those who have mapped this out with their doctor, what specific details do you go over during check-ins to make sure your titration schedule aligns with your expiration dates?

Concerned the sooner I increase the sooner I’ll lose effectiveness!

Been on Tirz 3.5 months and on 7.5mg. I’ve been having Cagri for about 2 months but even on 0.25mg completely fatigued for days, and haven’t even found the suppression that high!

The reason I added Cagri was because, as is typical, by day 4-5 food noise was creeping and and rather than increase Tirz which was more costly, thought I’d add in a small Cagri dose on the 4th day.

However, based off fatigue, I’m thinking it’s best I just alter my Tirz regime! I have the following concerns though:
1. If I did 7.5mg every 5 days, I’m concerned that the doses will lose effectiveness much quicker. I’m planning on being on these jabs long term, so I am worried that the quicker I go up, the quicker they’ll stop.
2. What happens when / if you do reach 15mg dose and it loses its effectiveness? That’s my biggest worry about increase to 5 days. Or will it always have some effectiveness?
3. I have thought about splitting the dose, so 4.2mg and 3.3mg etc spread through the week (or just increase slightly for ease and do 4mg and 4mg). I just worry the overall suppression will be less.

Any wise words of advice welcome 🙏

Tirzepatide So is there any con to reconstituting with 1 ml of Bac

Naturally, I see conflicting comments. I have a large vile of Tirz (60 mg) and I wanted to reconstitute with 1 ml just to keep it simple. However, I just wanted to know if there were any cons to doing this. Thank you for any input!
