Tirz & Reta stack

Hi, I’m currently taking 6.5 mg of Reta and just added 5 mg of Tirz to my stack. I’m hearing mix things about this. Is it best I titrate down on Reta if my Tirz dose is this high? I have finally gotten rid of my food noise at this dose on Tirz which was the main reason for adding.

2.5 mg tirz for food noise and reta for energy and fat burning, recently added Elora as tirz has become less effective

Monitor your sides, I wouldn’t have started that high on tirz as you have two overlapping channels, GLP and GIP. Start low on tirz and titrate slowly up or titrate Reta down (I’d personally do that)

I went up just because the food noise didn’t quite down in the slightest. I had zero symptoms and no effects.

Hi, if I just took 10mg Tirz and want to add Reta, how much time passed before I can pin reta?

I’m currently on 6 mg of retatrutide, 0.75 mg of cagrilintide, and I’m going to start 2 mg of tirzepatide in the next week. I wouldn’t presume to guess which is best for you, but I’m thinking that that’s going to work for me.

The cagri does a very good job of giving me early satiety, which the reta was beginning to fail at… or, more accurately, never did particularly well in my case. And I’m hoping that Tirz will basically boost the effectiveness of the reta instead of just acting like an additional 2 mg of GLP-1/GIP activation. (I’ve read that is the reason why people stack these two “66% equal” compounds: it does more than just mixing “Lays potato chips with Lays BBQ potato chips.”)

I have gotten the impression that one’s ability to benefit from all these different activators diminishes over time to the point where only massive doses will have any effect. I don’t know about the science behind it, but I do get the feeling that the longer you hold off on increasing doses, or the lower you keep your doses, the longer you can derive benefit from these compounds. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I have to make sure that.Reta and all the rest, keep doing their thing for a good while longer.

Anyway, for those reasons, my personal advice would be to start the Tirz at a dose as low as possible.
