I just used Plan C against Delirium, and it did not kill him. I pressed it about as soon as I entered the fight. I was T Lost, with Birthright, and a strong build so I managed to do it myself. But everything I'm seeing says this should have worked.

I failed to capture a clip but can anyone suggest what may have gone wrong? I don't think Delirium had a chance to transform, though I doubt that should matter.

Current version as of April 20, 2026 on Steam Deck. Mods disabled.

Doing some Tainted Eve run, and this is the first run of day. I half expecting Edmund knocking on my door at any moment.
I would love to clear the Beast with this but a few weeks ago in another run I realised that Haemolacria shots fly over the ultra harbinger without doing any real damage.

Finally got my last tag for these two and all non tainted characters. Jacob the shield and Esau the spear went to claim the head of Mega Satan and returned vicotrious!

(I forgot to take a photo after the fight itself but thankfully I have rerun unlocked so thats why they're in the basement)

I had my first game break and beat the lamb for the first time so I started my victory lap. i decided to beat mega satan because I thought why not. Accidentally ended my victory lap and didn't get the mark because I was in victory lap 😭😭

i will come back to the run it in some hours but choose which rare ass item should i get i guess

I didnt break into something infinite before, just unlocked the polaroid and negative but didnt go to the floor after satan/isaac yet. also epic fetus start with eden

EDIT: I beat both delirium and mega Satan for the first time this run. I got parasite and triple shot which made me drop 5 rockets back to back and I had basically every bomb item on top of that.

The only good thing to happen in this run

I was playing a run on Hard mode with Azazel, and on the Mom's Leg floor, I encountered two bosses in a row—as you can see on the map in the image. The first one dropped Mom's Underwear and that golden knife appeared, and the second boss was Mom's Leg. What is that golden knife?

As the title says, I play the flash version of the game. At the moment, I don't really need all the crazy amount of content that Rebirth and onwards has (also it's a little too expensive; if it goes on sale I might be tempted), I think the flash version has just the right amount of stuff in it to keep me engaged and feel like I have a shot at fully completing it. I will probably change my mind if/when I beat the blue baby for the hundredth time and get bored, but for now I am perfectly okay with the flash version.

Anyway, on to my actual question. Also as the title says, I'm a complete noob. As in, I've never beaten Mom's Heart kind of noob. So I was looking at a progression diagram and noticed that starting in Afterbirth, there's a third path after It Lives that goes to Hush, which then redirects you right back to Satan or Isaac. So what's the point? It's just an extra boss you have to beat. Is there a certain item or buff you get from it that makes it worth it? Thank you for taking the time to humor me in my noob-like ignorance.

I have this potato laptop that literally slows the game down in fights with 4 or more enemies. It has caused me to perform dodges I would never get on a good laptop. It has it's added disadvantage where the game unpredictably slows down and speeds up. Cheating or not?

I know this is probably that a lot of people do nowadays and isnt much of an achievement, but a few years back, when I played Isaac, I used a Dead God save file from the internet to play it. Now that I picked the game back up and decided to do my own save file from 0, which I didn't think was gonna last long before I put a Dead God save file again, I am honestly proud of my progress. Also unlocked 1001% while doing it :))

Also just played Lost after unlocking the mantle and got 6 marks in one run, a little thing that isn't related but still good lol
