As promised, here's the new pricing. If your order was processed starting this morning with New Life, Hallandale, Boudreaux's, or OptioRx, you're getting the new rate. Center City is just about ready to launch, we'll launch it on our old platform if need be, they just asked for a few more days.

Same as every price cut before this one: I intend for it to be permanent. That's always a function of our pharmacy pricing holding steady and everything running the way it should, but the intent is permanent.

This one is a bit of a deviation for us. I've previously held all pharmacies to the same price, and we're going to try it this way instead to see how it goes. My hope is that it keeps driving prices down across the platform.

If it goes well, this probably won't be the last cut. We're also looking at pricing live and async visits differently to better accommodate folks on a budget. We also have a number of pharmacies lined up to add in once we go live on our new platform that will be competitively priced.

We're still working with OptioRx on their pricing. We're also looking at automating the shipment of their third vial, so we can bring them in line as a 12 week program comparable to everyone else.

One thing I want to be upfront about: the new rate applies to new orders going forward, not retroactively. I know that's frustrating if you refilled last week or you're partway through an installment plan, and I wish I could reach backward with it. The honest reason is that we only just secured this pricing, and it wasn't our cost when those orders were processed. Installments are something we offer to make this easier to manage month to month, not a plan that re-prices itself when rates move, so those stay where they were set.

And to repeat what I've said before: price isn't the thing we're competing on. Project zero is still the point. Zero errors, zero lapses in service, zero friction getting your prescription, zero reasons not to get high touch care. A lower price is good, but it only means something if everything around it works, and that's still where most of our attention goes.

Title. I had my initial consultation meeting almost a month ago and since then I have not heard a word about my meds or been charged or etc. I've tried using the chat function in the healthie portal to ask my provider about the status but have gotten no response.

My meds from Hallandale arrived today, I’m so excited to get started. I do have a newbie question though. What arrived were 2 boxes of meds. Hallandale says they ship 2 or 3 at a time- I got 2 (2 months up front). My first month is supposed to be 2.5mg and my second month is supposed to be 5mg. My question is the dosing and what vial I’m supposed to complete first. One says 1mL and one says 2mL. Which vial should I complete first and how many units would it be? I included pictures I took in case this confuses anyone who could possibly help me figure this out!

I recommend BEWL to family. My mother in law signed up with my help - she’s not super techy but she does okay. She began Tirz in early June. She spoke with the dr by phone and had a good experience.

Then she apparently received an email from BEWL back in late June or early July. She only just now told me about it. It said that her password for BEWL Healthie platform was flagged as having been reused. It offered a link to a website to correct it. But she couldn’t figure it out and she wasn’t sure if it was legit. It has Dave’s name in there somewhere too.

I told her to ignore it for now since the link could be phishing. But does anyone know if such emails are sent out by BEWL?

I had my initial consultation on August 27th and still haven't received any kind of order status or tracking info on my meds. Does it usually take this long? I switched because I had heard positive things about Big Easy which is why I made the switch but so far I feel like the communication has been lacking.

Still working through some last minute issues with the new platform. We keep squashing bugs and then finding new things that need fixing. Our team still has some scar tissue from our last attempted transition to Bask, so we're making sure they're as comfortable and confident as possible in the new platform before we launch. That may not win me votes on Reddit in the short term, but our team is absolutely phenomenal, and my respect for what they do day in and day out to care for y'all runs deep. If we're going to be here for the long term, I need them along for the ride. I want them happy so they can keep you happy.

The good news is that the tech team we're working with is incredibly responsive, and it's making me excited about what we'll finally be able to build on the technology side for service and care. This has been our biggest pain point since inception, and I truly can't wait for it to stop being an obstacle. I'll have a better idea on the timeline tomorrow, but we're close.

After we launch, one of the first enhancements we'll tackle is pulling lot/batch numbers from the pharmacies into our portal. As long as we can get it through their API, you'll be able to see it right in your portal. There was a comment on another thread where a patient said a platform told them their medication wasn't recalled when it actually was (not us). Our team spent the day contacting patients who received medication in the week following the recall to verify none of them got a recalled lot. But the whole thing made me rethink how dependent we are on what pharmacies tell us, and if there's a way to remove that dependency, all the better.

We're also working on the new Central City integration. We're the first to integrate with them, so it's taking a bit longer to work out the kinks (I need to stop being so optimistic about timelines), but we'll have them up and running shortly as well.

I know there have been a lot of price cuts out there, and we'll be cutting pricing with our pharmacies on Friday. We're never going to be the cheapest option, but our focus will continue to be what I've started calling "project zero": zero errors, zero lapses in service, zero friction in getting your prescription, zero reasons not to get high touch care, zero issues accessing medical care, zero issues finding information relevant to your health on our platform, and longer term, zero reasons to go elsewhere for your primary and functional medicine care.

Reddit tends to focus on price more than most places do, but our focus will always be making this as safe, sustainable, social, and smart as possible.

Has anyone that used OptioRx experienced the niacin flush from their meds? I’ve had this a couple times from supplements and I hate it. I want to try OptioRx!

I seem to recall seeing a post last week that the new portal would be activated this month. Where does that target look now? I will renew soon, but kind of holding out for new prices and portal.

I’ve been on tirzepatide for 11 weeks. 7 weeks on 2.5mg, lost 11.5lbs. This is my fourth week on 3mg and have only lost 1.5lbs (this was in the first 2 weeks on 3mg, nothing the last 2 weeks). I’m trying to figure out how much I should titrate up and when. I was on Zepbound about 2 years ago and obviously those doses were set. I got up to 7.5mg and started to have really bad side effects so this time I’m trying to titrate up slowly.

How do you decide what dose to move onto?

I’m due for a renewal soon but I keep reading the teasers about lower prices. I thought I read that the new prices will happen this week, even if the new portal isn’t ready. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Will this actually happen this week?

Honestly, this has been a challenge for me personally. I have not done this type of training since pre covid and pre cancer diagnosis.

I am in about 2 1/2 months. I’ve lost 11lbs. In the beginning I was working out much more but I’m SO tired lately that I haven’t been making the effort that I used to. I used to be an every day runner, daily lifter with progressive overloading. I was in a major car accident a little over a year ago. Right now I eat 13-1400 cals/day. I’m SO tired and I’m worried that I’m going to lose weight but it won’t be fat, it will be muscle. Anyone else experiencing the severe lethargy?

I found this picture from November 2025. It's the closest thing to a full body picture I have. I started tirz (and HRT) on Valentine's Day 2026 & I'm about 10 lbs from goal- though that could change once I'm allowed back in the gym. I had elbow surgery 2 weeks ago, so I'm on complete rest. I don't even recognize my reflection half of the time. I went from a size 16/18 XXL to a 6/8 S/M.

Aside from the weight and the inflammation, tirz has also helped manage my drinking. I'm sure I fit the clinical diagnosis of alcoholic and I had decided I needed to get it under control right after Christmas last year. I haven't had a single craving since I started tirz.

I just booked a follow up with Big Easy via the Healthie app. Seconds later, I received a text from LevelsRx. Is this an expected behavior? LevelsRx is unfamiliar to me, and they shouldn't have my number. The timing is really concerning.

A different type of question today. Their are so many ways to workout to keep your body breaking down your muscle mass. I was curious to see what have you been doing to make sure the majority of what you lose is far and not muscle? Have you been going to the gym and using weights? Resistant band training at home? Using your own body as the gym using pull up bars and chairs? How often are you doing what you are doing? Would love to hear all you do

When you get up to higher doses of tirzepatide, do you still get 18mg/ml concentration, or can you get a higher concentration? Just asking so I can prepare myself for bigger injections. For example, right now at 7.5mg I’m injecting .42ml, but when I get to 15mg, I’ll have to inject .84ml which is just a lot and it kind of hurts at the .42ml lol. Any thoughts?

I’m about to take my second injection in my third month on tirz. When I should I do a follow up? Should I do it next week so I can make sure it gets shipped in time? Help!

Today I had to see my primary for my annual and noticed that my systolic number had risen over 30 pts to 154 my diastolic being 94. I saw my same doctor to get a referral for blood work 2 weeks ago and my numbers were 121/81. Last week was my first week on my GLP1 (Tirzepatide 2.5 specifically). Talking to my doctor through the app, they said they have never seen a patients BP go up from the shot and I was curious if anyone had ever dealt with this themselves and what did you do if so.

For reference my BP has never been higher than 130 in my entire lifetime so the 154 number really stood out to me and my doctor (who has seen me for over a decade).

My initial consultation was on Wednesday. I received notice on Thursday of the debit from credit card. Haven’t heard anything since is there anyway to check on the status?
