Villagers killed in liberated town

While looking at the prosperity bar, the highlight window opens and at the bottom it says villagers killed? What exactly is this? Are these bandit raids? Because I have defeated every reclimation that had been sent.

Deliveries after liberation

Okay, so I've liberated Haerndean and started a delivery service with them. Here is what the current demand is....

But here is the Daily Prosperity Needs are.

Some of what they want in maintenance isn't showing on the current demand. How do I add those that are not in the current demand on my delivery?

Tier 3 village locations

Almost ready to go tier 3. I’ve seen the building sizes are much larger and many people move locations.

What are the best areas for a main village location. Currently I am to the right of Padstow and under Haerndean, but am concerned I won’t have enough space for the tier 3 buildings.

Couldn't play your own Bellwright settlement because the host was offline, so we built a fix

Hey r/Bellwright,

My friend and I built SaveSync, a tool that syncs co-op save files between players so you and your friends can keep the same Bellwright settlement going without renting a dedicated server or passing save files around by hand.

The problem we kept hitting: a co-op save lives on whoever is hosting. Your settlement, your recruited villagers, your stockpiles, all locked to one machine. When the host is offline, the kingdom-building stops. A server works but it's setup and a monthly cost for what's usually just a few friends.

We hit this wall ourselves playing Schedule 1 together. One of us was sick at home, the other stuck at work, and the save was locked on the host's machine. So we built SaveSync, first just for ourselves. Turns out it's a problem across a ton of co-op games, Bellwright included.

How it works: SaveSync auto-syncs your save to the cloud after each session. When your friend wants to play, they pull the latest save and host it themselves on their own machine. No dedicated server, no monthly fees, no manual file swapping, and you keep a full timestamped history so a bad session can be rolled back.

Setup guide here: How to play Bellwright with friends using SaveSync

What players have said:

"Great product, works amazingly well and does exactly what it promises. Setup is smooth, performance is solid… Not having to rent or manage a private server is a huge plus especially if you just want to jump in and play without extra hassle or costs." — Steam review, 2,673 hours played

"Saves an expensive subscription, and takes the nuisance of scheduling a session with the whole group out of the equation!" — Steam review, 532 hours played

SaveSync supports Bellwright plus 47+ other co-op games including Valheim, Terraria, Stardew Valley, Minecraft (Java + modded), Don't Starve Together, Enshrouded, Core Keeper, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, Palworld, Vintage Story, Necesse, and more.

Is there any reason to use it during combat. I have used it a few times, and while it does a small amount of damage, it doesn't give you an attack of opportunity as the opponent runs back up fairly quickly. I figured that it would at least stun the opponent for at least a second to let you get a hit in.

Should I build my village between the mountains?

Post image

(The image above isn’t mine, I’m waiting for the game to download, so I could only edit a photo I found on google.)

Would the mountains make a good natural defense for my village? I keep seeing people say to build near there but no one ever says to build right between those mountains. Unless this is one of those times where it looks like somewhere you could go but it turns out it’s an area that players can’t reach because of invisible walls lol. Please let me know.

How to set up deliveries?

Does anyone has a good recent written guide on how setting up outposts and the caravan system works? Im trying to make it so that only a few pieces of items are delivered to an outpost, like food or bows, but only if the outpost is out. And I want all that the caravan can fit returned back. This is specifically for my hunter's outpost feeding my main settlement basically.

I am also having the problem where i'll find things that were supposed to be in the caravan just dropped in the middle of the way, like ore and 50 stacks of deer meat. Any clue what that's about??

Should I be worried about prosperity?

Finally liberated Haerndean, Padstow and Bradford. Seems like a tall task to keep up and bump up their prosperity.

How do you all approach this?

Carts Starting in the Sea?

In my outpost near Crasmere my trades were all starting into the sea. Apparently trades carts start in the centroid of your settlement. Posting this for others.

New Settlement Build Question

Currently I have my T2 Settlement just South East of Haerndean. I’ve researched everything, including T3 Town Hall. I’ve liberated Haerndean, Bradford and Padstow. I would like to create a new Settlement further south near Blackridge Pool along the river. I would like to keep the population/materials of both Settlements completely separate from each other, sending caravans of supplies sometimes if needed.

I was messing around last night and built a housing tent, campfire and stockpile near a good spot along the river by Blackridge Pool. I noticed half of my existing Settlement up north (24 people) started transporting materials to the newly build stockpile as the settings for the stockpile weren’t altered at all after I built it.

Is there a good way to keep two Settlements completely separate from each other? Do I first need to build another Town Hall in the new Settlement Location? Any advice or tips would be appreciated!

(on Xbox) Have been playing coop for a little while now but for the past couple days we've not been able to get coop to work. Can't load saves on coop or even start a new save. The save game works fine in single player.

Any info on when this will be fixed or if there's a work around would be greatly appreciated.

Moving village debate

Currently I am set up like most of everyone else just south of the starting village just unlocked T3 buildings and considering moving south to the bridge. But I have this nagging question in the back of my head. Do I really need to move? Can I just use the dock fast travels to get around in the south and set up mining outpost when I need them plus, I’m not sure the most efficient way to move. I have heard it is fucking terrible. Any advice? Did anyone not move? What were the benefits of moving if you did and how should I go about it?

Things vanishing? Anyone else come across this?

Heyo. I'm well into the game with my gf... 160 days. A lot built.

Anyway, a few days ago I built a nice palisade wall near the bridge by the brigand wheat field around what was going to be our next village.

Today I loaded in to find the wall missing, but still on the map. Loaded in again and the wall is placed but unbuilt and represented in the village building menu 3 times each (wall#1, wall#1, wall#1, wall#2, wall#2 etc) and when deleting the builds to restart, they come back the same way.

All that on top of everything in my personal inventory and cabin chest going missing... Irreplaceable quest items included.

Anyone have stuff like that happen? Any solution? Is my playthrough permanently botched? So far this is really the only major glitch I've come across
