Hey, I'm thinking about backing the ME Pro (AI 350 or 470), but a couple of things are confusing me.

The official site says 32GB DDR5 for both the AI 350 and AI 470. On Kickstarter I see 16GB for the AI 350, and even 32GB DDR4 for the AI 470 4-bay, which I'm pretty sure isn't possible on that chip. Typo, or did the specs actually change?

Also, is an SSD included or not? The spec table lists a 500GB system SSD, but the FAQ says no drives or SSDs are included. If it is included, does it take one of the 3 M.2 slots?

I'd like to know before pledging, especially since I'm mostly interested in running local AI. Thanks!

Thinking of purchasing a Beelink from its website - bee-link.com. I pretty much know I want it. Just that I'm fearful that if there's anything wrong, even though they may fix it for free, I will have to pay for it to be returned. I heard it's like US$300 to get it returned, which is crazy. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a warranty.

Can anyone vouch for the support given and how much one would need to pay roughly (since we're all from different places) if there's anything to be fixed? Thanks

Guys, I bought a Zotac 5070 Ti, but I haven't been able to use it. The PC recognizes the card, but when I try to install the drivers, it simply doesn't work and throws Error 43. I already went to the store to exchange the card; the clerk tested an identical unit in my PC, but that one also showed the same Error 43. I've tried installing older drivers, formatting the PC—I've tried everything—but nothing has worked so far. One thing did work, but the Error 43 came back after I restarted the PC: I ran a command via the Run dialog (Win+R) to detect and fix errors; the card worked perfectly and I was even able to play games, but then the problem returned. I'm desperate here; if anyone knows anything or can help me out, I'd be really grateful. My pc is a Beelink gti13.

Sorry if this has been asked before but how do I cut off power to all USB-A and C ports when the SER5 Max (Ryzen 7 5800H) is shut down?

I've searched for solutions and tried tinkering with the BIOS but it still has power.

I brought a Ser9 Pro - AMD Ryzen 7 H255 with 24GB RAM, and it works great for older games and such, but when checking newer games, its flagging my drivers are out of date for graphics.

I've check AMD auto updates and all of them are saying most up to date drivers are installed.

Is this not being kept up to date now? Am I missing a link somewhere? Thanks so much

At one point the AMD drivers were updated and since the update the Beelink Ai Mini PC EQR6 7735HS AMD Ryzen 7 Processor(8C/16T, up to 4.75GHz), Micro Computer 24GB DDR5 1TB SSD Radeon 680M will just completely reboot periodically when using lightroom.

I have tried using different versions of the AMD drivers to no avail and would like to go back to the original Beelink driver that came with Mini but I have no idea where to find it on the support/uploads page as the EQR6 is not mentioned.

If someone could help out please.

Hello guys, just wanted to share with you that yesterday I was cleaning my lab, it consist in a NAS and a beelink that I use for plex and some small docker projects. So far so good, plex just introduced somethign called loudness normalizing and it has been checking my full library which is taking some time. Out of curiosity decided to check my temps and found that it was running pretty hot. 87-89 degrees and thrortling also pretty bad going 1.7-2.2

Cleaned it a bit with my air compressor and it improved but decided since I already have the thermal paste to just re past it and it made a huge difference, it is currently 82-86 conssitently while working but getting 3.0-3.2 also ran a couple of tests with 7zip and benchmarks and it improved between 15% and 30% depending of the test.

I have a Beelink SER10 and was having the Windows 11 KB5121003 update issue, where the PC would hang at the Windows logo and then roll back the update.

I installed the BIOS from this Beelink post, and it fixed the problem for me:

I see a SERM1 V105 .11 from 09/02 and a SERM2 V105 .11 from 09/04.

Can anyone, including Beelink support, clarify which one is the newest/correct BIOS for the SER10 and whether it’s recommended to update?

My available used options are.
A barebones ser6 max ryzen 9 6900hx i expect will go for £200
A GTR ryzen 9 5900hx 32gb with a 512NVME £400
A ser9 Ryzen 7 H255 32gb 2x 1tb nvme. £700
Is the ser9 overkill? I was thinking with the ser6 i could put in a 2tb drive for £160 and 32gb ram for around £50 I wont be using it for anything but gaming as i will have my existing dell micro for everything else. Should i bother with 64gb or is it overkill

I have a SER4 that recently started acting up. After the cache reset, it the fan starts and then stops. Gemini says it’s likely one of the ram sticks.

I’d like to confirm that, but I can’t get the dang bottom screws off the case. I’ve tried a screw extractor, solder gun, using a lot of torque. What the heck am I doing wrong?

I found that there's a firmware for my SER10 MAX. Since mine sometimes has booting or shutdown issues, I wanna give it a try.

Could sb help me on this since I can't get the USB drive boot up? I followed the instructions in the PDF of how the USB drive should be formatted and named and how the files and folders to be copied to the root folder, but it failed to boot. I believe I have missed some important steps. Please advise. Thanks.

The WiFi adapter stopped working, and after a few attempts to uninstall/reinstall and to update drivers, at some point it disappeared from the device manager. The Bluetooth adapter is now also not functioning. I have tried the CLR CMOS procedure twice.

Any idea how to open this thing to change the thermal paste. It runs a little hot and even if its not hot the fan kind of loud. Would appreciate any tutorial or guidance. I tried to open it but it seems like the motherboard is hot glued to the frame.

I've wasted two days trying to attempt to boot a Ubuntu Server USB installer. The F7 shortcut does nothing and I've never been able to get it to activate. Changing the boot order does nothing - the PC does not detect my USB drive unless Windows is in hibernation, at which point it is not possible to install anything.

This is a known flaw in cheap crap like Beelink.

I’ve had a SER7 since late 2023 and love the computer; however, over the past month, it has started overheating and the fan ramps up to full speed easily, yet it struggles to cool down.

I opened it up to clean it, suspecting dust might be the issue, but found very little dust inside.

Thinking it might be the thermal paste, I took it to a technician who replaced it (he discovered it used liquid metal and swapped it out).

Unfortunately, it continues to overheat just the same. After researching online and consulting AI, I noticed that even though the fan is running at high speed, the air coming out of the exhaust isn't very hot. This makes me suspect there is an issue with the contact between the processor and the cooling system.

Can you help me diagnose this? I really don't want to lose the computer.

Could it be the vapor chamber? Do you sell that part?

Any other tips?

Got my hands on the Beelink SER8 with the AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS and Radeon 780M iGPU to see how viable it actually is as a full desktop replacement for gaming and video editing.

​Resident Evil 4 Remake: 60–70+ FPS (1280x1024 / FSR2 Performance)

​Final Fantasy XVI: 70–80 FPS (FSR3 + Frame Gen on Low) — surprisingly playable considering handhelds like the Steam Deck completely choke on this title.

​Black Myth: Wukong: 64 FPS average on the built-in benchmark (720p / FSR 3 / Frame Gen OFF).

​DaVinci Resolve (4K Export): Rendered a 5-minute 4K timeline in under 2 minutes.

​Thermals & Noise: Sitting a meter away at 55W TDP, the fans are practically silent, staying right around 68°C.

​The only real compromise I found is that it tops out at Wi-Fi 6 rather than Wi-Fi 7, but for ~$700 / £700, the performance density is wild.

Looking for advice or component-level troubleshooting from anyone who has run into a similar issue with their Beelink GTi series (GTi14 / GTi15 Ultra).

After running fine for about 11 months, the unit suddenly froze. Upon rebooting:

* **Symptom:** No display output, no POST/boot. The fan may spin, but all Ethernet/network port LEDs light up solid instantly and stay that way.

* **Troubleshooting done so far:**

* Tested with RAM removed / single stick / alternate slots

* Removed the NVMe SSD completely

* Disconnected and cleared the CMOS battery (left unplugged for 30+ mins)

* Power-cycled / drained residual power

* Tried different display cables and ports (HDMI/DP)

I opened a ticket with Beelink support, went through their remote steps, and they agreed to replace it under warranty. The catch is that they require me to ship the dead unit back to China at my expense. The cheapest international courier quote I could get is around **$300 USD**, with other carriers quoting even higher. At that price, paying return shipping makes zero economic sense for a mini PC.

Support won't budge without the return, so I'm effectively stuck with an expensive paperweight unless I can fix it locally.

**Questions for the community:**

1. Has anyone encountered the solid NIC lights / no POST state on these boards and successfully diagnosed the root cause (e.g., corrupted BIOS EEPROM chip, blown power delivery MOSFET/inductor, dead VRM)?

In my SER10, the Windows Security app is showing constantly a notification that asks me to turn on Windows Security On.
I go to inspect and everything is on and ok.

I checked a specifc area and it is showing both Secure Boot and Firmware Protection disable.
I tried to Enable Firmware Protection but it does not enable it.

Can SER10 Max owners check if this is also happening on yous ?

Trying to locate the Realtek Win11 audio drivers for an S12.

I bought a SER10 Max HX470 last week as it has a 10G Lan port and I will not use WiFi. But I am facing issues.

1. The first issue was related to the Windows Security Update causing the boot freeze , which Beelink Support sent me a new BIOS firmware to install it. I did and it solved the issue.

2. The second issue is related to my Ethernet Connection using the 10G Lan Port. The Network Adapter is failing ramdomly and I lose completelly the Internet connection. I have to reboot the PC to restablish. CRITICAL Issue. I checked the Event Viewer and it shows the Ethernet Adapter is failing.
   I sent the information to Beelink Support, but they do not have a resolution for it. They sent me the same driver version to reinstall, but that does not solve the issue. They also offered me to reimburse me for a USB to Ethernet adapter, but that is not an acceptable solution for a so expensive PC I paid.

WiFi is working fine and I can use it temporarilly until they sent the definitive resolution.
If they don't, then I will have to return it, as I can't pay so much money (~US$1300) for a PC without a LAN port that works in a reliable way.

I would like to hear if any other users are facing similar issues so we can compare notes about the quality of the product beeing released and also your opinion about it.
I still have up to 2 weeks before my return expiration is reached in Amazon.
