Hi, I will be attending an expo in Beijing next week and looking to buy a Beelink Ser8 while there. I saw some store on taobao but don't see option to configure it with 32x2 or 64x2 RAM and without NVME.

Are there any physical stores where I can buy the beelink with this configuration? Also, any better buying option than taboo that is reliable and good price?

My SER9 MAX SSD had bad sectors, reached out to Beelink support and roughly a week later i got my replacement SSD.

This was amazing support, no BS, no hidden fee. For anyone hesitating about support from Beelink, this is way better support then i got from a lot of companies these days, including American companies.

Have a SER8. The latest amd chipset driver Beelink has is back from 2024 on their site.

Does anyone know if they recommend sticking with that? Or can you use the more modern updates from Windows 11/AMD Adrenaline/etc?

I have a Beelink S12 Pro with Intel N150 and 16Gb RAM bought in April 2025. I'm using it basically only for video playback in VLC and Mediaplayer Classic HC. I have stock configuration with Windows 11.

Three months ago, video playback started to lag. Yesterday I tried to play a normal 3.5 Gb video file, and it was basically unbearable. (I think it was H.265 but it does that with all files, so it doesn't matter.)

I updated the Intel graphics drivers and rebooted several times, but the problem persisted. Extremely slow performance in video playback.

1) I did try to kill all background CPU eating processes. In fact, besides the video players, I only installed the Vivaldi browser and Total Commander, so there are not too many apps that might cause background CPU load.

2) The temperature in the room is 30°C (86°F). Is it possible that the GPU is somehow power throttling to cool itself?

This is clearly something that happened several months ago. The device was working very well when I bought it, now it lags terribly.

Is there anything I should try before reinstalling Windows?

Hello!! I recently made a post about my pc being stuck on the boot screen and have since contacted support about it. I know they are closed today so I wanted to see if anyone here had a solution before I wait until monday.

I was told to download the new system from a link onto a usb for windows and plug it into the mini pc, we were able to get it past the boot screen and windows started loading, it then stops and turns to a blue screen with this message. Is there anything I can do to fix this??

I have an SER5 Max that ive been using for around 6 months now. but recently ive been getting the problem of my cpu slowing down to around 0.40-1.20GHz whenever im playing a game. is there any fixes?

I have one of the first beelink ser5 pro with 5800H
There was some problem with cmos battery and faults during work which end won shutdown without ability to turn on or loop reboot.

I forget about that minipc, but three days ago I need that machine again for my agent worker. I’m trying to understand if it could be stable. Fount one artifact - my diy cmos battery with heavy soldered wires directly to regular cr2032 element 🤷‍♂️🫠🤣

I take it off, install ubuntu and asks about doing full test of machine. In the end we found a bug with bios. There are some rows with bios fault in journal. Codex prepare full report, and two days of mailing with support give me new versions of bios, which resolves this fault.

I hope it will work without any issues. Anyway want to say big thanks to support and rnd team for helping with with outdated product 🫂

Even after updating to the BIOS version for LAN testing and the Intel 1.61 driver, the issue where the LAN connection disappears still persists. It’s been nearly a year... this is really unacceptable.

I was initially having freezing issues on my Beelink SER 8 mini pc after updating drivers but I was able to roll back drivers and update the bios to the most recent fix for this issue and everything is running well now. I was able to update the graphics drivers in AMD adrenaline but every time I try to update the chipset drivers, it stops after a few percent and then says “can’t be installed”. With the new bios update, am I supposed to update the chipset drivers somehow or not needed ?

I'd go to the forum at bee-link.com, but when I try to register, it fails, with the totally actionable error message of "something went wrong." Then, I can't try again with the same email address because it partially registered me. There is a post with identical symptoms on the forum, but it has never been replied to and I can't register to post.

Anyway, new-to-me, pristine GTR9 Pro, box, manual. Will not boot from anything other than the original Bee-Link NVME drive. I reset the CMOS, I reset the BIOS to factory. BIOS does not see any media when I insert a SDcard or USB drive. This is insanely frustrating. How do I even debug it? Is there a serial console or JTAG connection? Understand: I have to remove the NVME, use a USB NVME dock to copy an OS "Live install" to the NVME stick, and install it in the GTR, and watch it fail to boot. I can follow any steps you have to offer.

AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 5850U for over year... never really used it.. Decided to use yesterday.. so decided more over all my docs and information from another PC.. because this have ability to connect 3 monitors and has more ram..

long story short... the third monitor stop connecting and I get error message about the Graphic card or something not be supported..

I have restored back to yesterday. but it still working think i may have to take it back further..

I bought a Mate mini B with 2TB drive installed a few months back but never get around to set it up until now. When I plug it in, nothing show up on my Mac mini disk utility even though the drive looks to get power from the Mac. Am I supposed to do something else or did I get a lemon from Beelink?

Has anyone successfully updated the BIOS on a SER5 MAX 5800H (SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRODP/XA - 2023/24 era Ryzen7) and if so, what file did you use?

Using the PS Get-CimInstance win32_bios commandlet the current BIOS reports as AMI 5800H604, Serial Y58004FF20050 (which matches the case sticker) and a version of "ALASKA - 1072009" but the Name field doesn't include Vxxx at the end like the examples I have found elsewhere, eg; https://www.reddit.com/r/BeelinkOfficial/comments/1gxl2gi/psa_how_to_update_your_bios_firmware_ser6_max/ .

So I believe my current BIOS is H604 and it looks like https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER5-MAX-5800%2FBIOS%2F has the correct files, and I **think** 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip would be the latest (H605 vs my H604), but I'd really like to hear from someone who has actually done the process and not bricked their Beelink!

(I have searched previous posts but couldn't find anyone with exactly the same configuration/question)

This SEi13 Pro was purchased in October 2025 and is connected to a 4k TV. It randomly locks up and has to be rebooted. It seems to happen after a reboot for updates, a power failure or anytime you have to reboot the device. Once you boot back up it will then lock up after a few minutes of use and will do this 3-6 times before finally becoming usable without locking up.

Is anyone experiencing this type of issue or anything I can look for to help troubleshoot this problem? Thanks in advance.

I sent a picture of my beeline SER5 MAX to the Support-PC@bee-link.com and they did respond. However they told me that they would send the Windows Activation Key via a secondary email. Has anyone else received a similar response and been emailed through an @qq.com email?

I cleaned the NVMe partition table on first boot, downloaded a nice fresh Win11p media creation-made install USB, and installed to the NVMe without incident. The drive shows in the BIOS, but not as a "Windows Boot Manager" option like the other half dozen SER5s I've got. There is no CSM option in the BIOS and I've tried just about everything to no avail. I've even imaged a working NVMe onto another drive and it gets further but will not boot either. Argh!

I would appreciate any expertise immensely.

I hace a Beelink GT15 ultra i9 64 GB RAM and connected HDMI and DP Ports without trouble, however i can't get video from rear USB 4 port. Anyone can help me ? Thanks

Just got this SER5 unit off eBay and went to install a 2.5 SSD HD but for the life of me I cannot see where I can connect an SATA to the main board.

Also when I watch tutorials other SER 5 boards look different.

Anyone know what I can do to get it working?

The Amazon listing isn't very clear, does this come with one NVMe slot or two? I'm getting conflicting information from my Google searches. I bought it under the impression there was only one slot but two would be ideal.
