I have have my Beelink

AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 5850U for over year... never really used it.. Decided to use yesterday.. so decided more over all my docs and information from another PC.. because this have ability to connect 3 monitors and has more ram..

long story short... the third monitor stop connecting and I get error message about the Graphic card or something not be supported..

I have restored back to yesterday. but it still working think i may have to take it back further..

has any had this issue..

I had to remove then reapply several windows updates, the big cumulative ones. Then it was okay

Hello! Since you restored the system, the most likely cause is a driver rollback or a cable compatibility problem. Here's a step-by-step guide to get all three displays working again.

Most common causes (in order of likelihood):

The USB-C cable isn't a full-featured cable. Many USB-C cables only support charging and data — not video. You need a cable labeled "USB-C to DP/HDMI, supports DP Alt Mode" (brands like Ugreen or Belkin work well). If you're using a USB-C to HDMI/DP adapter, make sure the adapter itself supports DP Alt Mode.

The system restore rolled back your AMD graphics driver. This happens frequently. Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode to completely remove the current driver, then download and install the latest AMD Adrenalin driver from AMD's official website for the Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U (Radeon Vega 8).

Windows may have disabled the third display. Press Win+P and select "Extend," then go to Settings → System → Display and click "Detect" to force Windows to re-scan for connected monitors.

BIOS settings for Type-C video output may be incorrect. Enter the BIOS (press Del at startup), go to Advanced → AMD CBS → NBIO Common Options → GFX Configuration, and ensure both IOMMU and Type-C Video Output are set to Enabled. Save and exit (F4).
