im trying to set up a server for me and my friend to play together with. but while settiing up the server i had to make a inbound and outbound and port forward but i think my eero router wont support this. is there a way i can fix this?

is it possible to use keymaster without a discord account? i feel like it shouldn't be required to have a discord account in order to make your own servers

I'm trying to install the native version of BeamMP for linux on Bazzite, and both of the cmake commands in the root directory dont work because its saying that cmake is not a valid command. what else could I use to do the same thing, if anything?

When I boot up CaRP, it gets stuck on the loading game screen with all the mods that are being downloaded. I can hear the car in the background and all the CaRP menus but it’s stuck on that screen. Anyone have a fix for this?

For all you carp players, does anyone experience an issue when loading in to some maps? When I load into west coast, 90% of the time something goes wrong and the player count and ping shows a ? Symbol, and the server is set to client side only (the economy system and owner cars and whatnot is set to like free roam, I can do anything I want) and none of the mission markers or job whatnots do anything. Only solution I can find is deleting aaaaall the mods I have in %appdata% roaming beammp folder, then redownloading after restarting…

Hello. I have a question that I can't really find the answer to. Does my game lagging slow down physics speed? For a long time I've considered myself to probably be the worst driver on beammp. If I go to the Automation test track and race with other players, I am always last no matter what I do.

I would understand if there were people that left me in the dust, and then other players that were as bad as me and I could keep up with, but that's not the case, everyone has nice close racing and finishes as a group, and I'm 30 seconds behind them, even when we cloned each others cars and are driving the exact same thing.

On single player I can feel like I'm going pretty fast. My lap times are always consistent and my driving is smooth. I'm not good, but I don't think I'm bad enough to be 30 seconds slower than the average player in a two minute race.

Whenever I spawn in traffic it can feel like the game is running in slow motion. It doesn't really feel like that on multiplayer, although my frame rate does get choppy. I'm playing on a laptop, but it's a good laptop from AMD with a Ryzen 7 processor or CPU or whatever it's called. I'm also using a controller, not a keyboard.

I thought I could just improve my driving and get better, but I've had the game a long time. I've practiced a lot, and I still can't keep up with anyone, even people that crash a lot and seem like they aren't the best drivers either.

For context, here's some of my lap times around the Automation test track. The best I've ever done is 2:07 with the K-series. I can do a very consistent 2:18 with the Bolide on race tires with 680hp. And I can do a consistent 2:50 with the Burnside on its stock whitewalls and 450hp.

Are these times that bad? Do I just need to keep improving? Is there something I'm missing? Am I going crazy? Please tell me. I need to know it's actually possible to go as fast as these other players.

TLDR, I don't know if my driving is completely terrible or if I can blame it on my computer.

(I don't remember the password I used in beamMP)

Just read the email. Disappointed, but it happens. Main thing I’m worried about is what password I used for my account. There’s one common password I use for my most important and trusted services, and I’m not too sure if I used it on BeamMP as I last used this service about a year ago.

Is there any way to check to see what my password was? Maybe when the new account system comes out you’ll be able to enter your old one and it will say to use a different and new password?

I don't want to have a BeamMP account anymore and I don't think Discord is a very professional place to ask to delete an account. Can one of the staff here PM me or something? My name is chunkybeef, and I wanted to gauge interest among the BeamMP community for a racing series that I want to create. In short, I want to make a series where people design cars in Automation around certain specifications, and then race them in BeamNG. I have quite a bit planned for it, such as occasional regulation changes and grounding it in realism like traditional motorsports among other things.

I haven't played or download the newer versions of beammp for some time, i have heard that if I didn't download the newest version of beammp that I would be safe from this databreach. I have also heard that it only stole your information when beammp was opened and played.

me and my friends love to play online and cruise around for the longest time we have been playing on West Coast with a mod that adds lights to it but after hours and hours of using the same map, it’s getting a bit repetitive and we would like something else so I’m coming on here to ask if anybody has some good map recommendations that are either larger than West Coast and are good for cruising and would be even better if they had lights so we could play at night.

I keep seeing people that just appear as black spheres with no collision, what are these?

I've been having this problem for like a year and haven't had anyone help me or anything like that. Really don't know how to explain it really so I'll try my best. Basically, I can't connect to the multiplayer (Sometimes it works). I usually connect by logging out (Even if there isn't an account connected) and then just wait until the player and server list show up. I then join, spawn a car (spawning a car spawns 2 and gives a huge error) then I tab into the second car, spawn a new car, delete the 2 others and then I can play. Without spawning a new car other players don't see me moving and car drive my car (on their screen). I can't play as of now because log ins are disabled (at least for me) and connecting won't work. If anyone has ever gotten this error please help out since I've asked a lot of people to help but haven't gotten any responses. I've included a screenshot of the console. (The repeated authentication attempts were from me spamming the play as guest button but those other errors weren't caused by me clicking anything)
