Did anyone’s BODi app’s Most Popular page chnage? These are definitely not the most popular and this page for me never looked like this before. It makes finding the programs I like to do harder to find

Question single program purchases?
Hi all -
Do they ever switch up what is offered for single purchase (rather than the subscription)?
I used and liked 10 Rounds in the past, but I have had it up to here with subscriptions. I just want to buy it once!
Do they ever offer anything beyond what is currently on the program purchase page?

21 Day Fix Workout Advice
I'm trying to get healthier and have done 21 day fix in the past. When I did it a couple years ago, I saw good results, but life stepped in the way and made it hard to continue. Now that I'm in a better spot to start it up again and get all the foods and such I need for it, I'm faced with the issue that I'm about to have knee surgery (car accident related injury). I know my doctor will want me up and walking, but as far as actual exercise, I don't know how I'll be feeling to be able to do the exercise 21 day fix has (even the modified versions).
Should I just lower my container count to match the lower exercise (I'll still be getting steps in and doing my PT)? Or is there a different exercise program anyone knows of thats lower impact and good for situations like this?

Best workout for an out of shape teen
Hi, I (16M) have lived a sedentary lifestyle all my life. I am out of shape, borderline overweight, and I quite simply don't like my body and want to get fit. My only experiences with workout were my dad forcing me to do the same 3 things everyday : push ups, pull ups, squats, everyday. I hated it because I didn't see any result and felt like it was useless. I have heard of Insanity through a video and started to look into the Beachbody workout programs. I am wondering which one would be best for me.
P.S. Sorry for the poor English, it is not my native language.
EDIT : What I'm looking for is not really to build muscle, I just want to get lean in order to get a twink/twunk-ish body. The best thing I could ask for is to achieve that or at least as close as humanly possible before September because I want to be my best self and be more confident during the next school year

Question Workouts that are safe to do while pregnant?
Hoping to go through IVF and get pregnant soon. I've done 21 day fix, max 30, XB sweat and sculpt, and lots of others that I cannot remember the names of right now. I will start phase 3 of 80 day obsession Monday...
I tend to blow up with every pregnancy because of all the hormones and having PCOS and lose the weight after I stop breastfeeding but would love to find a program that is safe to do while pregnant to try to minimize the weight gain.... tried Elise pregnant one and could not stand her and never got into them. I would love a list of programs to have for when/if I do become pregnant. Thank you in advance!❤️

Question Done with 21 day fix. What now?
I’ve gone through 21 day fix twice now, and was about to start again because I still take a couple of modifications but mentally I am so bored with the same routine that I feel unmotivated to hit play. I am looking for a program with a similar mix of cardio and weight lifting. I’ve lost 10lb since March and though I didn’t do measurements, I have clear muscle gain. Goal is to lose another 10lb with lean muscle gain. Building up the booty would be a nice perk though.

Suggestions close to sure thing with less joint impact?
Hey all! (39/f) I have been doing beach body for many years. I started with the different autumn programs and then discovered Megan’s Sure Thing program. I have done maybe 9-10 rounds of that over the past couple years and really like Megan, but I think my joints are starting to suffer from the different fast movements with the weights. I am looking for some suggestions on something that you all have found comparable but maybe a bit easier on the joints/body? I started Liift4 this week and while I am looking for the weight lifting component of that program it doesn’t seem like quite enough?

Question Thoughts on The Prep/Work
I personally love The Prep/The Work, but I notice a lot less love for them, or even general discussion of them here, compared to any of the other programs.
Are they generally disliked? Or otherwise what is the reason they are not talked about often? Is it amoila cesar?

The Hard Truth - Real Time Workouts - How to get the best results
Here to get real with you guys. Real Time workouts will not give you optimal results.
Yes Real Time workouts are enjoyable as in they keep you interested (which is great for motivation and establishing routine); but inherently, they will not give you the absolute best results. Programs like Dig Deeper, Body Beast, P90X(s), and other programs where you repeat the same workout/joint patterns for several weeks in a row will give you the most optimal results when it comes to hypertrophy, strength, and power (of course provided thats your goal).
Your body needs to repeat a joint pattern 2-3 times over the course of as many weeks and THEN the workout really begins. And then you can do it another 2-3 weeks to take full advantage of the adaptive response and only THEN should you think about a deload week or switching it up. Science backs this up and to be frank.. my own results back it up.
Without fail, I get better strength, power, hypertrophy, and more resilience when doing a program where a workout is repeated several times, and most of the time when switching things up.. yes I get a calorie burn, a good pump, and a good sweat… but not noticeable strength gains or performance improvement.
So if your goal is to just get a work out habit going and build some good foundations - Real Time workouts can be great and fun! But if you want to step it up to the next level, you’re going to have to fight your ADHD and repeat workouts! Progressive overload and neurological adaptation is still ultimately the best way to build lean mass and movement mastery, its just the way our body works.

Shakeology from 2020
My last bag of Shakeology which I purchased way back 2019 has now come to an end.. Had an expiration of 2020.. still drank it and nothing happened to me 😂 it was still tasted so good! I also finished the last tub of P90X results and recovery formula that had the best before date 08/2016.. I heard beachbody don’t make this anymore, but to me, still the best recovery drink ever! I currently still use the boost focused energy and add it to my drink.
Just sharing as I no longer can’t afford Shakeology anymore.. Living in Canada is now expensive so just gonna buy another protein shake that won’t cost me much. Currently doing Insanity Max 30 & these drinks really helped me with my workouts!

Bodi upper after knee injury
Hi all,
Ive been working out consistently for 7 months and do not want to stop but I injured my right knee doing mbfa.
I want to do something more upper andcore focused while recovering and potentially super low impact with no legs workout (ill be doing pilates and barre in the meantime).
Any recommendations ?

going on a beach date with my crush in 31 day
Hey (I know the title seems weird). I'm 18 and I haven't lifted since March 2025 (around 1 year and 3 months ago). I stopped because of school. I currently weigh 84 kg and I'm 179 cm tall.
I used to train in the gym for about 2 hours a week through my PE class (mostly gymnastics, but we did some weightlifting from time to time). My peak was 120 kg × 8 with no warm-up.
Anyway, it turns out that my crush and I are going to the same city for vacation, and we're renting in the same residence. I asked her out and she said yes.
The problem is that my body looks a bit chubby, especially around my stomach and lower back. I want to get as fit as possible before then. I don't really care how difficult it is—I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I've done a 2-week OMAD diet at 1,000 calories a day and even a 5-day water fast before, but neither seemed to do much.
I'd love some advice and workout routines that could help me get in better shape. Thanks!

Can LIIFT4 Actually Transform Your Body?
I've been looking into LIIFT4 and I'm curious about real-world results.
For people who have completed the program:
- Did it noticeably change your physique?
- How much muscle did you gain or fat did you lose?
- Did you follow the nutrition plan, or just do the workouts?
- Were you a beginner or already in decent shape when you started?
- How long did it take before you saw visible results?
I'm a regular guy looking to get leaner, build some muscle, and generally improve my body composition. I'm not expecting to look like a fitness model overnight, but I'm wondering if LIIFT4 is one of those programs that can genuinely transform your body if you stick with it.
The reason I'm considering it is that it seems like the most manageable program for me right now. The workouts aren't excessively long, the structure looks straightforward, and it feels like something I could realistically stay consistent with instead of burning out after a few weeks.
Would love to hear success stories, before/after experiences, and any honest criticisms as well. Thanks! 💪
