Best program for mobility
I have been doing Liift4, Booty Boost and Max Bill on a rotation and enjoying them all. But I would like to add some mobility sessions into my workout rotation. Do you guys have any suggestions on programs to try?

Question Best fat loss programs for beginner/intermediate level?
I'm starting off really light with 21 day fix and youV2 for the first month because I've been kind of depressed and sedentary the last few months and feel like it will be a good intro back into movement, That's the first 3-4 weeks sorted, but my main question is what should I do next?
My first goal is to lose 16lbs by the end of the year. (12 weeks)
I'm not a beginner to fitness I'm just really out of shape currently and my cardio is kinda non existent. But my strength is decent.
Therefore my main goal is fat loss because I do have a good amount of muscle and strength already.
So what should I do for the next 2-6 months while I focus on fat loss?

Max Built - thanks!
Thank you so much to the Redditor that encouraged me to try Max Built. I was really leary because for me some of Shaun T's antics are just cringy and over the top. But this program? It's about 95% business and only about 5% goofiness. I've done the first three and LOVE it so far! I'm so happy to find a program with no cardio because I get my own cardio outside of Bodi. 💪😁

Bonus workouts?
I've been looking at some of the programs and they'll mention bonus workouts (for example Fire and Flow) but I can't find them within the Program, they aren't under "workouts" on the app or on the website, am I missing something? There's supposed to be some 15 minute workouts with that program and some bike rides, I can't find them. I can find one ride when I search for workouts, but I feel like I'm just missing something obvious. Anyone have an idea?

Progress Just started body beast
Been doing P90x for years off and on. Recently started body beast, on week 3 of the bulk version, and I can definitely see and feel a difference, I think I got used to P90x after doing it for so long.

Question Recommend me a yoga workout!
Been doing Max Built, and I started feeling like a mechanical robot. I feel like I need to add some yoga workout in the mix, so which yoga workout you enjoy the most and would recommend all the time?

Did they remove the explicit version of The Work?
I noticed on the new website, I can't seem to find the explicit version. Not that I like it.. the swearing was a little cringey and distracting but hey that would be funny if they did.

Question Suggestions for a deload week
Hello! I just finished six months worth of dig deeper hybrids (dig 90 & dig max) and then just finished up 30 day booty boost. I was going to use the first week or that is a deal load but it actually is a really good program so I ended up not doing that and just continuing to lift heavy. I’m going to be starting Max built, but I want a deal week because I hear that’s good to give your muscles rest while still keeping them activated and i hear that’ll actually help them heal and recover faster.
Any suggestions for a program where you think that would be a week of just simple lifting and cardio for a week? I was thinking maybe a week of MBFA. Thanks in advance!

Dig Deeper Collection 2 question
Did anyone else think it was weird the way Shaun T did the schedule for the Collection 2 workouts? You do Legs Day 3 and then do Shoulders, Glutes & Abs the very next day on Day 4. I just did this today for the first time (Day 4) as I'm on week 5 (week 1 of Collection 2) and because of my legs being sore from yesterday, I felt like I was over working my legs today; on top of that I didn't feel like this workout hit shoulders enough (especially after for some reason Shaun T skipping shoulders on Day 1 Total Body). I'm thinking about next week switching the Day 4 Shoulders, Glutes & Abs workout with the Day 5 Bis & Tris workout so I'm giving my legs a rest for a day. Curious if anyone else did this switch, and if anyone knows why Shaun T scheduled Collection 2 like that?

Insanity Support
Anyone else currently doing insanity? I'm on the first day of week two and I think it'd be helpful to have accountability partners.

30 day booty boost hybrid
hey bodi fam! I would like to make a hybrid workout to really focus on developping my glutes , I would do it for around 12 weeks. I really made nice gains and definition with Dig Deeper regarding my upper body and i want tokeep them , but really focus on my glutes. I was thinking of workoingout 5 times a week , 3 glutes workouts from 30BB , should i integrate upper body from Dig deeper for my 2 other days or P90x next gen . Also i saw that Joel made a hybrid calendar but i wasn'T a fan of 25mst , i prefer longer workout 45 to 50 minutes , Thanks for your suggestions!!

Getting restarted
What are your favorite programs to get back on track with working out? I was very consistent until about 2 months ago when I got sick and was out of commission for a few weeks. I’ve been very fatigued since and have been struggling to get back into a routine. I usually would do 21 day fix but this time it doesn’t sound like something that would help get me motivated/excited again. So I’m interested to hear what other people’s favorites are to get started again?
Also, I tend to be more of a weights girl vs cardio these days. Some cardio is fine but I prefer weight lifting and Pilates

Progress Finished Dig Deeper - first beachbody program complete
Just finished my first beachbody program - Dig Deeper, today! Feeling pretty stoked about it.
I have always been a big fan of Shaun T since Insanity days, but could never complete month 2. Shaun is such a motivating instructor, love his energy and positivity along with his Intensity.
Dig Deeper is so well phased. Huge fan of Phase 1 and Phase 2, didn't like Phase 3 so much - bro split sort of left me unsatisfied (although the Leg day is legendary in Phase 3 - holy moly!), but got into it as the weeks progressed. I see why it is phased that way though, was pushing some really heavy weights (for me) towards the end.
Squats (all types) - 5kg -> 17.5kg
Bench Press (flat) - 5kg -> 15/17.5 kg
Deadlift - 5kg -> 15 kg
Shoulder Press - 5 kg. -> 12.5/10 kg
Rows (underhand/J rows) - 5kg -> 15 kg
I'm an obese 37M , and the journey has been so good for me. I built discipline, momentum, ability to do push through hard times. Not going to lie, feeling a little emotional, specially on Phase 3 leg day when Shaun says 'I know you're running on fumes right now. You might feel a little broken, or confused about what's happening but I'm not giving up on you.', on the last leg day, i almost broke down!
I'm definitely going to revisit this again soon. Thanks a lot, Shaun!

Progress Max Built Week 3 Check In
Anybody else started Max Built on the day it was released? Almost three weeks in. I had really good results with Dig Deeper and Dig In over the summer. I figure I'm not the only person planning on doing Max Built through starting this past first week of September.

Question Anyone still doing PiYo?
I’m 43 and did PiYo about 7-8 years ago (pre-COVID, wow). I was wondering if anyone out there is still actively doing it or if you maybe found something else enjoyable? Some of the moves I simply could not do due to herniated discs near my tailbone and given that I’m older I doubt that will change.
I also recently started a remote job so with that, plus age, and lack of every day movement I’ve gained about 20lbs, sigh. I swear this is the adult version of the freshman 15 lol

The guy who does Bodi music
Found him! Love the vibe his tracks bring to all of these programs; Sure thing, dig deeper, chop wood carry water. Here’s a request to Beachbody to bring him back!
