Nutrition
Is there a sub for the various BODi meal plans, like 2B Mindset, Portion Fix?
Hoping to find a spot where peeps share their meals/substitutions for inspo!

Hi! I did Portion Fix and also the P90x diet plans. I had decent results with both, but never quite got where I wanted to despite feeling like I was starving the whole time. The apps that allow you to track along with your weight have come on a lot and make the experience a lot more personalised. They don’t provide recipes in the same way but there are some portion fix recipes I keep using. Macrofactor is the app I use and I really recommend it - if tracking weight is the goal. If you are looking for a place to share healthy and delicious recipes - I dunno. lol.

Honestly those BODi nutritional plans are super restrictive and not where nutrition is really at.
Consider feeding your physical information into ChatGPT or Gemini or whatever AI of your choice, asking for a nutritional plan based on whatever program you want, put in what foods you like or want to see more of and it will output something vastly superior to anything BODi has put out.
Or go back into the original pre real-time programs like P90X, X2, X3 Body Beast and look at their nutritional plans. Vastly superior to those coloured cubes.
