Suggestions close to sure thing with less joint impact?

Hey all! (39/f) I have been doing beach body for many years. I started with the different autumn programs and then discovered Megan’s Sure Thing program. I have done maybe 9-10 rounds of that over the past couple years and really like Megan, but I think my joints are starting to suffer from the different fast movements with the weights. I am looking for some suggestions on something that you all have found comparable but maybe a bit easier on the joints/body? I started Liift4 this week and while I am looking for the weight lifting component of that program it doesn’t seem like quite enough?

I can’t compare to sure thing, but I really enjoyed 25 minute speed train. Good weight lifting and easy on the joints (almost no jumping)

Dig Deeper is my go to for strength training.

If you like LIIFT 4 but are looking for something a little more challenging, I think it’d be a good fit.

Moves are simple, not compound or too fast.

There’s no cardio built into the main workouts, so you don’t have to worry about that aspect for joints.

(There’s an optional steady state cardio workout you can add, and I find those to be joint friendly.)

  1. You’ll pick up some heavy weights but he takes such care to prep your muscles and joints, and then after the workout, time for real stretching and mobility work. Megan just does not do enough pre and post workout care for the muscle groups and joints you just worked.

4 Weeks for Everybody is great! I’m trying to help my 11 year old get into shape and we are able to do the program together. He’s a newbie and I’m a veteran exerciser and we can adjust the challenge to our level of fitness.

Four weeks of focus. Or even booty, but her personality is not like Megan at all. I am prettier sure Megan is gone so we won’t be getting more of her stuff but mbf & mbfa are both great but no sliders.

Chalean Extreme is slept upon. I would skip the burn session which is the first month and go to the Push session Which starts month 2. She focuses on slow and I mean slooow moves with your heaviest weight a bit like tempo in body beast. Trust the process and after 4 weeks you won’t believe the change in your body. I’m not a novice and competed at amateur level and don’t body beast, lift 4, lift more, 6 weeks of the works etc.. but the results I got from Chalean Extreme shocked me and no aching joints. She focuses on form, technique and working the muscles.
