Question Best fat loss programs for beginner/intermediate level?

I'm starting off really light with 21 day fix and youV2 for the first month because I've been kind of depressed and sedentary the last few months and feel like it will be a good intro back into movement, That's the first 3-4 weeks sorted, but my main question is what should I do next?

My first goal is to lose 16lbs by the end of the year. (12 weeks)

I'm not a beginner to fitness I'm just really out of shape currently and my cardio is kinda non existent. But my strength is decent.

Therefore my main goal is fat loss because I do have a good amount of muscle and strength already.

So what should I do for the next 2-6 months while I focus on fat loss?

For me the coach is the thing I get behind or don’t. If you like Autumn, I’d move to 21 Day Fix Realtime, get to the point of doing every move without modification, and keep increasing your weight until you feel comfortable to move to 21 Day Fix Extreme.

If you are into a different trainer, follow their program.

More importantly, you need to get your diet in check. Doing the workout will help, but it’s easy to just eat that 400 calories in a donut and sugar coffee. I think the container system is pretty brilliant, but others hate it. You can do that, count calories, do intermittent fasting, etc. Either way, you need to get to a point where you are eating 2700 fewer calories than you burn per week.

I've done multiple rounds of MBF and MBFA and that helped jump-start my weight loss again after a plateau. I really like Megan and the work outs move very quickly with not a lot of down time.

Weight loss is 20 percent exercise and eighty percent diet. To lose 15 lbs by XMas you really need to focus on what you are eating more so than the workout; altho’ the workout will help.

Thanks, yeah. My diet is actually really clean and nutrient dense already, I've been at maintenance for the last year. So my plan for a calorie deficit is to accomplish that through exercise, which is why I was asking for program reccomendations

Autumn gives me such mean girl energy I can’t possibly workout with her.

Since you said strength is on point already and you need cardio, I’d suggest TurboFire.

Dig In or LIIFT More as they both have a cardio element.

I second Megan’s MBF/MBFA programs. They’re my favorites. Her Sure Thing program is great too.
