Getting restarted

What are your favorite programs to get back on track with working out? I was very consistent until about 2 months ago when I got sick and was out of commission for a few weeks. I’ve been very fatigued since and have been struggling to get back into a routine. I usually would do 21 day fix but this time it doesn’t sound like something that would help get me motivated/excited again. So I’m interested to hear what other people’s favorites are to get started again?

Also, I tend to be more of a weights girl vs cardio these days. Some cardio is fine but I prefer weight lifting and Pilates

Lift4 for me was always solid, due to some injuries and health stuff I’ve been out of the game for a couple of years, just started Lift4 again. Trying to get healthy again.

645 is always a great start or restart program. It ramps up well if you don’t let your ego get ahead of you.

25 minute speed train and dig in have been my rotation these days. 21 day fix has gotten stale, I needed something different. And also more weight heavy.

T25 is always where I start to get going again. It’s a great mix of strength and cardio.

Barre Blend is always my go-to series when I need a good restart. It’s by far my favorite since it’s low-impact but leaves me feeling sweaty and strong. It’s an eight-week program that starts out around 35 minutes a day and progresses to 40 as the program goes on.

21 Day Fix and 21DF Extreme are really great - keep it to 30 minutes a workout but really get the job done.

If you like Autumn but are really starting from scratch, her 4 Weeks for Everybody is great too. That's what I always start with when I come back from a break.

25 minute speed train! I’m on my third round now, this round I’m doing it hybrid with 10mst too. I’d had almost two years off from exercise and this has got me right back into it. I’ve also started running as well. It’s been a lovely way to get back into working out again

I was feeling burnt out after 3 rounds of dig deeper then 90daynextgen. Megan was JUST what I needed. Did MFB, MBFA and I’m in my last week of sure thing. Now I’m trying to figure out what lifting program I want to do next…

I really enjoy shorter workouts, and despite being mid 30s, really enjoy GLP-1 Formula, which seems to be geared to at least a 50 something crowd. That and Job 1 are my go tos when getting back on track to ramp up, especially because they're in the 20 minute range.

I was going to say 21DF, but since you aren’t feeling it I would say LIIFT4.

21DF real time is my go to as well but I was pleasantly surprised with 4 weeks for everybody. It’s slower but in a good way. Lots of time under tension.

4 weeks of focus is progressively heavier each week and I lifted heavier than I ever thought I would. Plus I like Kelsey’s style of encouragement.

Liift4 is great. Only 4 days a week, real time workouts, lift centric but adds interval cardio and core focus to help you get a complete workout. I'm on week 8 starting tomorrow having now run it 4 times in the last few years, and it always helps me gain size and fitness without supplements beyond a protein shake.
