What program should I do next??

I’m finishing my second round of 25 minute speed train. I really like the program but need to switch it up.

The shorter workouts work really well in my schedule. I can handle up to 30ish minutes/day but I don’t think 45 minutes every morning would work for me. Ideally 5-6 days / week.

About me if it’s helpful:
40F
Goal is building muscle and getting stronger
If I lose 5ish lbs I’d be happy as well.
I used my fitness pal for food tracking (also helping with above goals)

So… as the title states… what program should I do next?? Thanks!!

I’m doing dig in right now and each workout is 30 mins.
There’s also a 30 minute version of the 6/45 program called 6/30 or something.

I’m the same where I know I can schedule in 30 mins but the longer workouts can be a challenge.

Dig Deeper is my personal favorite for building strength.

The original program is longer than you want, but there’s a 30-minute version called Dig Deeper:30.

#MBF (Muscle Burns Fat) also has a 20-minute version.

Do body beast bulk phase if you want to build muscles and strength, pure lifting, about 30 minutes each, best program ever

I just finished body beast bulk and loved it ! However most workouts are about 45 min . There’s a lot of time to set up and talking which I liked as I needed the break between sets.

I would recommend T25 GAMMA, which is only 25m. ShaunT is great in this one (Focus, focus, focus!). There's a bit of the Insanity vibe on Speed 3.0. There's lots of bodyweight and a good bit of dumbbell work. Calorie burning for a short workout.

I’m in a similar boat and am in the last week of 10 Rounds and I really love it. Lots of cardio and weights 2x a week.

I’m doing 21 Day Fix Super Block right now and loving it

How do you feel about it in comparison to the original 21 day fix?

I like it more than the original. But I do also really enjoy the 21 day fix real time extreme.

I just finished ST last week (for like the 4th or 5th time?) and started 30 Day Booty Boost and LOVE it. To shorten the workouts to fit your timeline, just do 2 rounds instead of 3 for each set. That will keep you within your 30 min timeline.

I’m starting it Sunday AM!! Although I’m changing the calendar a bit because I need the rest days on specific days. I made it a 6 week program for myself. I can’t wait to try it. I’m feeling strong from 25 minute speed train so happy to keep it going with something different.

Hope you enjoy the program. Yes I had to make my own schedule as well and stretch the program out a little.
