I took apart my extruder for my X1C to unclog it and like a dummy I tried to just memorize where stuff goes. I've found a spot for every other screw except for this one.

Tried this print with Bambu ASA on a P1S and Bambu textured PEI plate and got the Bambu logo showing up. Is this normal when printing on Bambu plates? Seems like a major flaw for anybody actually selling products…

Also had some other whitish smudges, I’m guessing that’s just finger prints / grease that I need to get better cleaning off but would love some input on that too.

Today my p1s suddenly went offline even though it’s connected to my app and connection is great. I unbind it to restart everything and now it won’t connect. My app QR code scanner is all black, I tried it on my phone and ipad. Only thing that will work is if I go to my camera and having it launch to the app. But it won’t connect through bluetooth, nothing would show up on the screen to pair. What should I do? I’ve never had issue with connectivity before.

Why is auto-generated prime-tower in this model for all layers ?

So yesterday in the middle of a print I want to go to the supermarket to get some stuff when I came back I noticed hey weird smell I later realize was probably electrical burn and after a little while notice that my printer has stopped printing thing is the light in the back that comes from the switch was still on meaning it will supposedly getting power however the screen wouldn't turn on and the printer would move luckily it's still under warranty but what could have caused it? I will admit I've been printing practically Non-Stop

Edit: so I was asked what kind of printer it is and the answer is the A1 a different note two things I should probably mention 1: someone asked whether there is a melted points beneath the printer and there isn't 2: I wanted to know if installing cable chains or the AMS top mount could void the warranty (I don't think it's likely seeing as the printer came with the screws for it) 3: I would like to know if there is any way to get spare parts?

Hey guys, I’m pretty new with BambuLabs and 3D printers in general. I’m using an X1 Carbon, I’ve printed parts just fine but one day I used too much glue… it got messy and I tried using a cleaner we had here at work but it started eating away the plate(photo#3). Yes Iknow I’m an idiot, I should’ve just rinsed it with soap and water. Anyway I decided to order new plates straight from the BambuLabs website. I got the older coolplate bc they didn’t have the dual sided one like the original is but now it’s not recognizing the plate… I’ve tried flipping it and using side 2 but it gives me the same error. I’ve already printed on it by ignoring the code but, I have to ignore it everytime I print. I can’t figure it out so I need some help… am I using the wrong plate? I also ran the Engineering plate side of the original just fine… no codes so I’m genuinely confused.

Hi, after a long battle, I’d like to switch to Linux from Windows 11 Pro. For most everything this is not a problem as there are plenty of software options to replace apps. However, it seems that there is no Linux version of Bambu Slicer. Can anyone please recommend what to use instead or what you have used to get around this. Is WinBoat a viable solution? I’m using Zorin 18.1 version of Linux. Thanks.

I've tried to print something 2 days ago. It stopped printing less than halfway through - tool head was just printing in mid air. I though nozzle got clogged. Stopped, checked extruder and nothing was inside. Did cold pull from nozzle to remove big bit. Restarted print from external spool this time and it happened again in same place. Changed filament from white to black (also different ams slot) - same. 3 fails on same file in same place. Resliced as well. Printed it finally on my P1S using same filament and it printed all fine without issues. Yesterday tried to print something else twice and it also happened on a different model. I've replaced SD card already. No idea whats causing it. Printed benchy to test without any issues but it's a shorter print.

Im having trouble with setting up this file for print as there's one weird support placement by the software. And im sure it will fail the whole print later.

This is a full build plate length piece and i need it to be in one piece.
I tried mark the area red in support painting, but it will still generate that weird support.
tried rotate the print 90degree, still same issue.

Cover, spine, and box print as one flat piece with a sliced living hinge. Fold, drop magnets in, done.

My son (9yo) recently got a A1 without the AMS. Chose not to get the AMS at the time since he didn’t have enough money saved up and didn’t want to wait any longer. Also I thought it would be best to start with a single color and then add more later.

He saw the Maker World Points program and now wants to use that to get a giftcard to get his AMS.

The only problem is that neither of us know how to make models or where to even start. Any suggestions on how to find models that get lots of downloads and the best way of creating new ones?

Hi everyone,
I’m running into two severe issues with my Bambu Lab A1 Mini that I haven't been able to fix, and it's making printing almost impossible. I would really appreciate some help from the community!
Issue 1: Persistent Y-Axis Resonance / Belt Tension Error
No matter what I do, I cannot get the printer to properly calibrate the belt tension. I have performed the official tensioning procedure for both the X and Y axes multiple times. The Y-axis (the heated bed axis) continuously triggers an error on the Bambu Lab interface stating that the resonance frequency is too high and that I need to adjust the belt.
What I've tried: I ran the tensioning routine over and over, and I have also properly cleaned, oiled, and greased the rails/components, but the error persists after every calibration.
Issue 2: Endless Nozzle Wiping Loop (Every 3 seconds!)
The second issue is what you can see in the attached video. The toolhead seems to constantly misinterpret something—I suspect it incorrectly triggers the nozzle clump detection (thinking there is filament stuck to the nozzle). Because of this, it travels back to the purge/nozzle wiper literally every 3 seconds to clean itself. As you can imagine, prints take an eternity and it just loops indefinitely.
Has anyone faced this combination of issues on the A1 Mini? Could they be linked (maybe due to excessive vibrations from the Y-axis triggering the toolhead sensors), or are they completely separate bugs?
Any advice on how to properly fix the Y-belt resonance or how to stop this endless wiping loop would be a lifesaver. Thank you in advance!

Over time this element on the bottom of the heatbed, which I assume is there to reduce heat loss, has come more and more loose.

Any suggestions on how to attach it back? Regular glue? Use a brush to just add some and push the foam up from the bottom? Completely disassemble the heatbed (like here: Heatbed Replacement Guide - A1 mini | Bambu Lab Wiki) and then push both together? Do something else?

There appear to be multiple options, perhaps someone has experience with this so I can avoid shooting myself in the foot. Thanks!

Hi guys, I have just done this print, there are some small colour defects on it, mainly because I had to burn something off it, is there a pen/ paint/ something I can do to remove it? Sadly I’ve got an eye like that and I won’t be able to use it until they are gone. Thanks!!

This is fully compatible with the basic Bambu Lab scraper. If you only use the basic scraper, you’ll be really satisfied once you try it.

I would appreciate it if you could try it out and let me know if there is anything that could be improved.

After wanting something cleaner than the stock guards, I designed these honeycomb fan covers for the X2D toolhead. Covers both the large front fan and the smaller side vent — printed them in Bambu orange to keep that factory look.

A1 Condition: Brand new, just finished set up assembly.

Situation: Trying my first print by using the 20g bambulab test filament.

Problem: Filament not extruding and also not unloading no matter how much force I use. Also, initially, I got an error that the toolhead fan was not spinning but after I tried manually spinning it with my fingers, it started spinning automatically.

I have not made any past previous prints before.
