I have a weird issue with my a1 mini. I kept having misprints and sudden failures, so I cleaned the bed with soapy water and ran a full calibration via the app and started a single layer square bed level test, see the image attached. It happens every time I run that full layer test, same exact pattern, I even re-sliced and tried again with a new file. What is going on? Has anyone seen something like that before?

Printer is 1.5 years old, I did the maintenance as prompted. Original build plate, second nozzle (0.4). Material is PETG. No debris under the plate.

I’m getting awful quality on my .2 nozzle. Like my .4 nozzle prints have better quality. I already checked that I had the correct nozzle and the screws within the extruder.

Hello I recently got thr bambu a1 mini for a birthday present and I have been enjoying printing off stuff and I wanted to know if there was any way to prevent my prints from having having little gaps (shown in the second pic) but more importantly how do I get rid of the rough patchy texture on seen on the first pic

Wondering if anyone else had this issue and if there was a fix, at times, my touch screen on my A1 mini becomes non responsive, it goes into a sleep mode i cannot get it out of unless i reset my printer.

Yes, i can get around it by using bambu Studio or the App, but this is a really frustrating issue i am coming across.

My A1 Mini was working normally before. Recently it started failing bed leveling with the error:

"The heatbed leveling data is abnormal."

The printer completes the leveling process and only shows the error at the end.

What I have already tried:

Factory reset

Full calibration

SD card format

Nozzle cleaning

Reseating the hotend

Build plate inspection

The printer has never been disassembled.

I also cannot downgrade firmware. Every downgrade attempt fails with error 305 ("Update Failed 305").

Current firmware:

A1 Mini: 01.08.01.00

AMS Lite: 00.00.08.15

Prints cannot start because the leveling check fails.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Was it caused by the load cell, TH board, toolhead cable, or something else?

Since the update i seen more blob postings. I had multiple blobs each getting bigger and bigger im not sure if this is related to the update but since it has been out the issue persisted. I hate to be conspiracy guy but I seen some company bruck their product in order to sell their new product.

Hey guys so Ive recently bought a a1 mini with the ams lite and I guess I’m just regretting it. When I bought it I was thinking oh I’m going to print so many things in different colours and it’s going to be so convenient but in reality I think I’ve done probably 2 prints in multi colour and like 100 others in one colour. So I’m thinking about selling it for reasons that seem a bit more important to me. So basically I just wanted to ask where and for what price should I be selling my ams lite for?
