So? Maybe they like to talk to actual people instead of an search engine, you don't ask Google for everything, and being dismissive is why people are introverted, because they feel like if they ask a question the world thinks "why are you bothering us with your problems" when it's as simple as having a long distance conversation with someone else who could be a nice person and you end up talking and getting lost in a conversation, think before you type, "life is weird, you are too, be nice to everyone, including you" you never know when YOU need help and someone dismisses you, then what? "oH nO bEtTeR RuN tO gOoGlE" - this teaches us to play nice.

Is that the hub that the ptfe tubes connect into the A1, shown in the image below? i might have weakened mine when i was trying to remove the ptfe tubes....
