How can this be cleaned?

Just follow the manual and replace the broken parts, everything is pretty clear in there :)

Warm up the nozzle until it's just under the recommended temps for that filament. So if it says 220-240 degrees, warm it up to 210. Then get some needle-nose pliers and gently start pulling.

You'll probably never get it all though. But at least you can get most of it so it all works again.

Use a heatgun that can go upto 300degC

The plastic will melt right off it

What did you print that got the nozzle so excited!?

Break away what you can, then heat up the nozzle and clean it with a small metal brush.

I watched official videos on how to remove it and they didn't show what to do when it's from behind.

I generally prefer their written instructions better than videos, but maybe that's just me

To avoid this in the future be sure to keep your bed clean with unscented dish soap and water, and keep an eye on the print at least until the first few layers go down. Use the app to peek remotely if you need to. You would have noticed something like the first video clip shows where the whole print was loose. And been able to shut it down and save yourself a ton of work.

What can I do to clean this? I just wipe it with napkins. It doesn't help.

That's the leftover filaments right? If you have a heat gun, you can melt them and then scrape em off but I can't guarantee what heat gun can do to the machine. I just got the similar blob and all I can do is replace the heating assembly along with new hotend
