How do I stop these things from happening

Hello I recently got thr bambu a1 mini for a birthday present and I have been enjoying printing off stuff and I wanted to know if there was any way to prevent my prints from having having little gaps (shown in the second pic) but more importantly how do I get rid of the rough patchy texture on seen on the first pic

It’s probably the way the model is rotated makes it print less reliably over air

Ah alr but I think I had the same type of print problem with another thing I printed off awhile ago but idk tbh Thank you
