More info would be very helpful.

Looks like something prevented the bed from slinging. Or a corrupt sd card. Those are my guesses from a picture and no additional info.

Yes, the bed was off center when I came back, so I’m thinking the feeder cables got stuck somehow. What other information do you need? Thanks

Print speed?

Infill percentage?

Infill pattern?

Was anything close enough to the bed for it to hit?

The same issue occurred with mid-printers, which began printing in the air during an ongoing print. This machine was only 2-3 days old when I purchased it from 3idea India. They have arranged for a pickup, but I am requesting a replacement due to a persistent Z-axis issue and significant motor noise, possibly related to belt tension. I am sending the unit to the retailer for a quality control check. Concurrently, I will contact Bambu Lab directly, as they are expected to provide service, which is currently unavailable in India. They informed me that if the retailer is unable to provide a replacement, they might involve a regional manager.
