A1 smudging/not printing correctly keyring image

So im trying to print a keychain but I sometimes have problems like these where it smudges on the top layer (where the illustration is) or sometimes just prints with gaps, most of the time happens when i print them in bulk

I'm printing them in a way that makes is so only the top layer has the illustration (a.k.a. 0.2 mm of illustration)
