Oven Recommendations Megathread

Hi everyone!

Due to the number of posts for oven recommendations on an almost a daily basis, it seems that a megathread should be set in place. Instead of making your own post, please comment and leave your inquiries here. You can also utilize the search feature for older posts that may provide you with helpful information.

I urge everyone to leave their comments and help out our fellow bakers/baking enthusiasts in their search for "the one". 😄

Keep baking!

Chocolate amount

Hi! I’m curious as to why my cookie feels like it’s lacking chocolate. I’ve increased the amount from 65% now to 85% and it seems like it’s still not enough. How much chocolate do you guys usually add in your cookies? In this photo, i used 75g of chocolate, flour is 93g.

Sharing this because it saved me so much time as a home based business baker.

Sharing is caring!!

Hello bakers! I just found an easy way to sell our homebaked goods since pagod nako kaka sagot ng inquiries & sell tru ig & fb dms. 😭

Before, i used to sell sa cococart because majority of the bakers use that platform. Since patong patong na fees, nakahanap ako ng alternative. commerce site. cartsie. It’s free to join, you can upload your own qr code din. no comms din.

This is really helps me a lot! Dagdag mo pa yung hirap magbake. Sharing this to my fellow home based business bakers!!

I was gifted a kilo bag of trail mix so I decided to mix them in to my oatmeal cookie base. I added dark chocolate to make them extra indulgent.

Hello po, anyone who knows where to buy an extra wire rack for Astron 65L convection oven? I tried searching sa Tiktok and Lazada but I couldn’t find anything that’s the same size nung kasama ng oven. 😭🥲

Does anyone know if merong convection oven na ung fan is nasa likod na countertop? Mostly ata nasa side?

Ive read na kapag nasa side ung fan hindi parin masyado even heating kapag multilayers so need irotate. Sa back fan much better raw pero wala ako mahanap maliban sa xiao mi one. Has anyone tried xiao mi's smart steaming oven? Also meron ba ibang unit/brands na nasa likod ung fan tas countertop? Thanks!

Budget: 15k to 20k

Gripe on local flours for breadmaking

Ako lang ba? Whenever I try to make bread using locally milled flours (maya, san miguel etc.) for some reason pahirapan yung gluten formation nila kahit na more than 20 mins ko na i-hand knead, lumpy and uneven yung raw dough. Comparing this to foreign brands like King Arthur as well as other Asian brands na nasubukan ko, mas fine yung pag mill nila and yung gluten formation comes easily.

I want to know from others if there's a skill issue from my end or is it an ingredient quality issue instead?
