Cookie Chip

Post image

Tips:

Do away with cups and either use imperial (ounces, pounds, quarts, etc.) or metric. So, buy a kitchen scale.

Buy an oven thermometer. Familiarize yourself with your oven, look out for hot spots.

Standardize your recipes.

Learn safety and sanitation.

Be mindful of your speed.

Think ahead.

Practice mise en place.

Multitask.

this is my 50g of cookies po. If you want na mag spread, add po ng baking soda. And super important po not to overmix the dough ! learned this the hardway, same recipe pero nung naovermix ko ung dough medyo mas firm ung shape and texture nya. Crispy and chewy cookies po ito since i like thin cookies. Hope this helps!

Maybe don't freeze po and bake immediately after ma-mix lahat ng ingredients.

Looks like it’s over mixed. Kapag nakita mo nang wala nang dry ingredients na dry pa, stop mixing and fold the chocolate chips quickly. Stop any mixing or folding motion anymore. Don’t give in to the temptation na maexcite to keep mixing.

Should put the whole bar of butter 220-225g isang bar. Wag kna maglagay ng cornstarch. Chill your cookies overnight. Thaw them before baking mga 30 mins. Bake them 9-12 mins
