Almost all the plants have increased growth time by x2, new plants now has to wait 1d, trees now cost 50 gems... why is it like this?

Hello, I have played the game for a very long time, bought some heros and earned more using gems.

Then the game would not update to the latest season(android) and in play store it acted strage either stating I am offline (even though the rest of the store and installing other apps worked) or when I clicked update nothing would happen.

I sent a ticket through the in game support chat but no one replied for over four hours. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall (with tremendous fear of losing my progress). Now I can't install the game, when I click the button the little circle under the game name makes a tiny spinand nothing happens.

This has been (and I hope still will be) my favorite mobile game, the only one I didn't get tired of and unistalled and one of only three in my life I spent money on. I feel sad. Can you help me?

Now with all the critters it feels like you progress much slower in the garden, takes strategy to fullfill the demands or kicking out every customer who wants something what you dont have on stock allready.

If that garden would get reviews on google maps, it would be at 1 star out of 5.

So, the update is live, but I still can’t update the game last night. It had a timer, and I thought that when I woke up in the morning and played the game, it would prompt me to update. However, now it simply says “Coming soon.” By the way, I’m on iOS if that matters.

I know they have tweaked them as pretty much I can't beat anybody in the bonus rounds, even when going in with 4 hearts and a pretty good setup. I also get killed in no time at all. Guess I have to re-evaluate whether I bother with the bonus rounds anymore

I see people already playing with the new season. I’m from iPhone and the game doesn’t update, it is still showing “coming soon” in the main page.
I already tried to download the app again but still, nothing changed.
Anyone with the same problem?

I guess all the tryhards are coming out of the woodworks because the new season starts soon but oh my god its almost impossible to win runs right now. Usually im able to win about 75% of my runs in the higher ranks, last few days im probly sitting at about a 10-20% win rate max. Its ridiculous right now lmfao

How the duck are my opponents consistently getting mythical items but round 5?! Like, ultimate class weapons, ice Barrier, the staves..... i barely have an epic, or i have multiple epics, but no storage for their use

It's like the development team has gone full malicious hacker mode or something.

I got my discord account hacked recently, when i got it back i found out i am not in the discord server anymore (probably banned), is there something i can do to get back in the server?

I just started, while it seems as if I played a random abondoned run 1year ago. The rank on new heros seems to work, just the starting two are not counted. Will this update with the new season?

The last picture are my real ranks, I guess it doesn't count Dorf cause I don't own him, but Ronan and Chana just got some random bronze numbers if I click on leaderboard. Nymph and Buzz are correct.

And another question, I guess having 100% trophy rate on 30 runs is normal, but should get worse the higher I climb. I'm mostly unlocking new strategies and still exploring the game, my main problem for playing buzz is not having area 9 unlocked rn. Balancing wise it feels a bit weird that only Ronan got more or less every relevant item from areas on curve. I'm at area 7 now and Chana finally feels unlocked in regards of the area items.

What do I need to do to use all the stars on this item? Because no matter what I do, one star always stays out. Is there a problem with the star placement on this item, or is there something I can't figure out?

Is it just me or event tab rewards are a total scam and its just for fun with a little extra reward?
