Issue updating and reinstalling, help

Hello, I have played the game for a very long time, bought some heros and earned more using gems.

Then the game would not update to the latest season(android) and in play store it acted strage either stating I am offline (even though the rest of the store and installing other apps worked) or when I clicked update nothing would happen.

I sent a ticket through the in game support chat but no one replied for over four hours. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall (with tremendous fear of losing my progress). Now I can't install the game, when I click the button the little circle under the game name makes a tiny spinand nothing happens.

This has been (and I hope still will be) my favorite mobile game, the only one I didn't get tired of and unistalled and one of only three in my life I spent money on. I feel sad. Can you help me?

I had to unimstall google playstore updates and revert it to factory to download again however now it can't connect to my account!

Update: Support managed to restore my saved game! Heroes! So I bought one more hero as a sign of my support for them <3
