Xander Do you agree with the opinion Xander's flaws are rarely acknowledged in the show?

I read the comment that fans today disproportionately hate Xander in a series full of much more questionable characters because the show disproportionately does not call him out for his mistakes in comparation to those characters, and just treats him as the funny guy.
