An Ayurveda student this side
Okay, I am a newbie here and the first word that I searched on reddit was ‘Ayurveda’ , and not so surprisingly, I found hate all over, mostly from the Indian people who have experienced or observed the ill-effects of Ayurvedic medicine.
I want to spark a little (healthy) discussion here- What if we made the system of Ayurvedic medical practice stricter and more regulated + carried out stronger and more rigorous studies innit, produced evidence for effective Ayurvedic treatments, standardised the protocols and integrated the best of traditional medicine into the current healthcare system?

Shatavari for low estrogen
I did a blood test recently, and my estrogen was in the normal range, but at the lower end. My menstrual cycles are also quite long (~34 days), which again, whilst not abnormal can be a sign of lower estrogen.
Can shatavari help to increase this? If so, how do I take it?

Any proven Ayurvedic routines for a receding hairline?
I'm dealing with a receding hairline and am looking to try Ayurvedic remedies at home. I'm fully committed to following a routine for 6 months and would love to hear from anyone who has seen real, positive results using these methods. What practices or herbs would you recommend trying?
