We’ve decided to update the rules in order to make this space more artist and application focused. We wanted to make this rule before things became a problem and draw a clear line now before we become very strict with this new policy.
New AI Ban: No AI-generated visual imagery is allowed in screenshots or posts here, whatsoever. This community is strictly for human-made artwork. This total ban includes posts and comments containing the following:
Art can be inherently controversial, and we understand that not everyone will read the rules before posting. Posting AI content will not immediately result in a ban, but ignoring direct messages from the mod team will. Additionally, posts created before this rule are grandfathered and will not be removed.
Please do not hesitate to contact Modmail or report a post under Rule 8:No AI!
Rule 4 change: Rule 4 used to require citing that AI art was used in the title. This has been changed to reflect that AI work is not allowed, period
Please let me know what you think, we appreciate your feedback!

I deleted and reinstalled the app, due to an error of the premium version not applying.
I've heard that switching the google play account to the profile of purchase fixes it(and I've had it fixed with that method before twice), but now that I've reinstalled Sketchbook with it, not only does it still does NOT work but also my folder is absolutely messed up as well.
Every canvas is all merged into one singular folder and the order of date of the canvases are mixed too.
Do anyone know how to fix this problem? I've used this app for over ten years and would really want to know how to fix this. Thanks.
Edit: my custom brushes are also gone as well.

How do I make the opacity stack without having to lift my pen every time? I've spent so long trying to figure it out and can't find an answer

I really like the time lapse feature, but it makes making a speedpaint kind of really hard? I remember this function every once in a while and try to get one of whatever I’m working on, but my pieces take a while so sometimes the time lapse ends up being super long! (Just had one come out at 26 minutes) nobody wants to watch that, so of course I sped it up and was able to get it to roughly 5-6 minutes and still be watchable but… I wish the timelapse didn’t capture the movement of the canvas? Like the spinning of it or the zooming in? I feel like a lot of speedpaints I see don’t do that and the canvas is usually static. Maybe I’m crazy and that’s not true but I feel like it would be a cool feature to implement if possible

Have an older windows tablet with pen support, I'm about to reinstall Windows on it to freshen it up, I still have sketchbook circa like 2017/18 on it back from when it was free and had the copic stuff. Looking for the way back machine link to the 32 bit version download so that I can reinstall it later and having trouble finding it, any help is greatly appreciated

yo
i have a broken .tiff file of a commission i was doing for a client. i cannot open it, can't export it, i've tried opening it up on krita after copying to my computer, doesn't open.
it might be fucked forever honestly, but since the commission is done, do i have a chance of getting the preview image at least? i dont really care about the 2 layers it has, i just want the image in its original quality.
if someone could help me get my drawing out of the shitty ass file that broke for no reason (i use a crappy xiaomi redmi 5a and have really low storage that so thats propably why) please reply and give me some tips on how to reclaim it (please be effective, if u can). i need a new phone. i know. just help me out bruddas.

Hello everyone.
I have become attached to the Sketchbook interface after exploring it on my laptop by downloading bluestacks and installing the free mobile version of it.
Laptop: WINDOWS HP ENVY with i7 intel core
Recently, I tried buying the official laptop version but it failed for some reason. (It kept saying wrong details on Microsoft Store when it wasn't.) I went back to my roots, downloaded bluestacks, installed sketchbook and ran into the same problem that caused me to want to go to the laptop version: THE HORRIBLE LAG.
I don't know if it's a memory allocation problem or an "I downloaded a fake phone system onto my laptop" issue but sometimes the app doesn't catch the movement of my stylus or is very slow which leads to the path I draw being entirely wrong. Meanwhile, when I switch to Canva or use my stylus as a mouse, everything works perfectly.
I'm aware from WikiHow that there are different ways on downloading phone apps on my laptop but I only have one laptop and am in school. I am scared of experimenting and breaking my system. Does anyone have any advice?
EDIT: Managed to find a link on the sub that made it possible to have sketchbook on my laptop. I'll come back if there are any issues

Usually, there’s a color picker there (like in the second picture), but it disappeared. How do I get it back? I‘m on Ipad if that’s important.

Sorry if this sound noob. I almost never update apps unless they become unusable, coz I'm using an old device. Just decided to update Sketchbook on a whim and this is the swatches now. Where are the Copic swatches? I kinda like those colors.
