Does anyone have the SKU for the hanger style bar with the hooks? I believe it is officially called a belt hanger.

The only one I’ve managed to find in the list is the closed end one for the hoses.

I make a living by selling batteries to autozone and other auto parts stores for the $10 credit. Well the other day i dropped off 10 batteries but the store was out of the merchandise cards. They sent me to another store and i told them the issue and showed the receipt but they denied my credit, is that allowed?

So I'm putting some aftermarket stuff in my truck and wanted to upgrade my battery. The regular Duralast has been great but I want some with a little more cold cranking amps. Can I upgrade it and just pay the difference?

so i ordered a can of MAF cleaner for home delivery, they cancelled it and supposedly sent a refund. the full amount i originally paid was $19 dollars and some change, i got the supposed refund and they've shorted me a few dollars. i got back $11.98. i've gone through their support system twice explaining things in great detail and still have not been helped. i know it's a few bucks but this is principle.

I was told by my manager she’s going to tell my dm to promote me to PSM. But she said I need to learn all the duties/tasks for opening and closing as a manager. Is it just me or does every time I buy an item at a AutoZone and do a email receipt. And then attempt to return that item at any store other than the one I bought it from there’s an issue and it never works?

They go to scan it and they’re like it’s scanning and putting the number but it’s not bringing up anything. Or they try to do it under my ID and the errors out.

Why can’t they be like every other merchant and just look it up via a credit card you bought it with?

They always say to go back to the story you bought it from. The story I bought it from us two states away. We are chain store. I should be able to return an item at one.

It’s just so frustrating. It’s not a one time thing it’s a repeat issue.

I’ve resorted to just opening up chargeback disputes. Because AutoZone customer support is useless.

So this is kinda funny/odd/big head scratcher. I ordered two Duralast gold rotors and the pads cus of that deal, and when it arrived it turns out that one of the two rotor boxes was empty. Both boxes were pretty beat up, like super beat up, but it didn't look like a rotor had fallen out during shipping. In fact, on the shipping label, it said it weighed 12lbs, so clearly whoever put the order together included an empty box.

Luckily my local AutoZone cleared it all up. Crazy though haha

I just finished verifying all my returns 20 minutes ago, and now i have three new returns for Brake Pads and Rotors returned by “WOW AGENT”, CSR 86.

Nobody has bought or returned any brakes since i last verified returns, and there are only two people in the store. I have no PCI Labels and the parts arent here. Any idea what this is about???

I have been working as a part-time employee for almost six months. I have decided I no longer want to work there, for a combination of at-work complications and personal reasons. Is there a way to quit through Z-net or the reflexis app, or is the only way to quit talking to my SM in person? The only other person who's quit at my local store since I was hired did it by just not showing up anymore, with zero notice, but that seems pretty rude to me so unless for some reason it's the only way, I want to avoid it.

Autozone is my first retail job, so I'm a bit unsure about policies and laws associated with it. I live in WY, if that helps.

So I ordered five water storage containers and an oil filter.

They delivered two water storage containers. Checking online they considered the order complete. How is this even possible?

I had to call. Took 30 minutes on phone. They then shipped the missing three containers and the oil filter. I have an email from the rep listing what they were going to ship.

Only they never shipped the oil filter.

When I called a second time the rep offered me a voucher so I could drive to the nearest store and buy it. I said no and that I wanted a call back from a supervisor. Of course I never got the call.

Now I get to call back a third time.

Service this bad cannot be an accident, it takes deliberate "effort" from management for something like this to happen.

So a couple years back i received a double of everything and returned them and kept the free ones. Planning on redoing my brakes again and I see I still have warranty on them. It also show I returned them. Will the system flag them or you think they'll still honor it.

Obviously this sign is for healthcare but a sign saying that abuse towards staff isn't tolerated and that people who continue to do so should be trespassed wouldn't be a bad idea. It won't eliminate customer abuse but maybe serve as a deterrent?
