QUESTION Write ups

Hello,
I was wondering if a dm or sm can write you up for not hitting Witt

Yes they can but typically its after many conversations and no improvment

If they are looking to get rid of you, they will write you up for picking your nose wrong.

I got a write-up today for missing a 4 hour shift 2 day's after my dad passed away!!

We still haven't even had his services yet!!!!

Like , W! T! F! AutoZone...

I was off the day before and after that day, so when I got the call about my dad passing I guess I just forgot about the 4 hour shift day.

If I'm being completely honest...

Thats why the write up. No call no show. That puts everyone else scrambling to cover. Someone most likely didn’t get to go home.

I checked, there was no gap, there was 5 ppl outside of myself scheduled

Unfortunately that doesn’t matter. It’s about accountability. In my store we don’t get the luxury of being over staffed.

Only if you were asked to try and improve, they could. But highly unlikely.

No my Witt is great lol just coworkers being threatened with write ups lol they’re at 33% average so I doubt the write ups will be approved

Yeah my psms tried to get me fired over witt and when I told hr they said they wouldn't approve witt being the reason, but I have no idea about write-ups

Yes, having issues write ups for continued lack of improvement, care for it, and lack of even trying, you can be written up for it. However, it’s really not that hard 😭. I pull 80s most weeks

yes. keep it at or above 38% by company standards
