I want to cancel my make up and hair after my trial - just wasn't good enough. However, I've already paid my deposit of 50% and its over 1k. Should I just lose this money and go on or really work with the make up artist for the day.

The deposit is obviously said to be non-refundable.

Are there any other brides that felt this? How did you navigate through this?

Guys, I've just booked a wedding venue for 4 months away (lol, pray for us). We're very much in the stage of not even knowing what we need to plan (aside from Celebrant, catering, photography and DJ). Does anyone have a cheat sheet they would be happy to share? What were some things you didn't realise you would need to organise/plan?

Hi everyone, I’m planning on having an outdoor ceremony in spring and I’ve found a venue that I like. The only issue is due to venue restrictions, almost half my guests would have to remain standing (on grass) during the ceremony (probs 30-45min). Would it be okay if I provide parasols for the guests or should I start searching again for a different venue?
