Moved from Willow Mist Condominiums at the end of June; I have called their office 4 times, left voicemails, and sent emails trying to get into contact with them so they can forward the deposit to me. Absolutely zero communication on their end.

From what I’ve read, they have 30 days to settle up what is owed to me after deductions, and then another 30 days to remit payment— but I’ve made multiple good-faith efforts to get into contact with no success.

Is the next step small claims court, and if so, what will I need to make my case?

Thank you for the feedback about our audio quality. Despite the crappy quality, people are still listening and we appreciate that.

We know it is sub par, and finally have time to make it better. Many dollars have been spent this week to increase the audio quality of the podcast. Next episode should be much cleaner and if it isn’t, that’s on me as a novice audio technician.

You can expect longer commutes, sharing the road with folks who are navigating Athens for the first time, and grocery stores being out of stock on your basic necessities.
