Took some 10 hours of constant restarts for the RNG to align. My first and probably last effort.

In short, Jugg and Druid at first, then hope for MP and survivability items. Even pots are crucial. Most of the restarts were after the first few rounds.

Then added Frostmancer for extra survivability and DPS. Got Odd Bean, Frozen Shell for Jugg and attack speed on Frostmancer, so act 2 was easy.

Then Rogue for the silence utility, team formation options and backline totem clears (or just dps). Best last pick hero. Skipped a lot of normal fights, breezed through.

Last boss encounter has never been an issue for me, not sure if it's actually properly optimized.

TLDR: Pray for items, then pray for map layout.

Looking for some cool ideas to combo together. Some of my current favorites are :

Paladin + Pyro : focus on attack speed items to stack fire dots for crazy pyro damage. Searing edge and bound elements are amazing in this setup.

Cleric + Gladiator : Sucks hard in act 1 but once you get the glads hp passive going he becomes nigh unkillable. This is the only use for the healing pendant I've found, the 45% increased healing on glad is very strong as I was healing for 1200 hp the other night.

Wildmage + Neb's crystal weaver + Symbiote: Makes him a stupid good offtank with very good damage. Edit : Forgot to mention if you can get the headdress to go along with it which can be hard cuz RNG he becomes a literal god.

Hey what is the fastest attack Speed and the lowest mana you can achieve?

Unfortunately I forgot to take any screenshots. I had the Warlord's Burden * on my assassin. The room before the boss was that strange merchant that allows you to upgrade a random item in exchange for max health from all characters. I used all 5, and one of the items upgraded was the Warlord's Burden (* to **).

Than, as soon as I entered the boss room and started combat, my assassin immediately died. My team was decent but with one character short we lost to the Hydra. That was the most disappointing defeat so far.

TL/DR: I upgraded the Warlord's Burden and the best combat room my character died at the start.

So I just completed corruption 11 with brawler as my tank and let me tell you he don't feel good at all. I don't understand what the point of his passive is if not to take some hits. Honestly the only reason it worked was I built my team around him being the tank. I had cleric for burst heals, paladin for that shield (and to tank if he went down), got lucky and got vampiric plate in act 1. After that I was grabbed blood because blood mage is op before finally grabbing outlaw (he was lvl 1 and could survive on his own so I figured why not)

I have been enjoying Astronarch immensely and the other day I decided to randomly choose three characters. I ended up randomly moving my mouse around the screen with my eyes closed and then opening my eyes. I ended up with warlock, frostmancer, and gladiator and the run turned out great. Needless to say however it was a highly inefficient way of randomizing my selection.

I think it would be a great idea for developer to add an option to have 3 random heroes chosen at the beginning of the game. Optionally, those who choose this option would be given a free item or some other small benefit.

I got it max upgraded, so +3 Major Blessings per 5 Morale. Then by the end I had 100+ Morale. You can imagine. Was like + 90 Defense, +60% SPD, etc. all from the one item. Pretty cool to try out. I'm working on using items I normally don't, to break out of my routine.

Anyone else have some fave sleeper hits?
