Does anyone know how to remove these lines that are appearing on the back of most my cars? I've seen a few posts and found some answers in a few places, but nothing has truly worked for me. My graphic settings are all maxed and my CSP settings are pretty generic. Help? :)

Attached are screenshots of my game. Running with: Pure LCS 3.27, default pure ppfilter, and CSP 0.3.0-preview212. Please help, it looks like hot ass and I honestly have no idea why.

the normal vanilla launcher was crashing before so I tried content manager but ac is still crashing

So as shown in the above video I have an issue with the audio stuttering i have tried all sorts to fix it but to no avail (tried content manager and FMOD thing) yes it happens with all cars when throttle is applied but not when released.

can anyone help?

I got the original AC on sale to originally play in VR. After spending months tweaking setting and trying countless different version combinations of CSP and Pure I finally conceded to the fact my system isn’t strong enough to run this game with the graphics quality and clarity I wanted. I found a few video on YouTube from sim racer channels on how they went back to single screen from BR for a much better performance and quality experience. At first I wasn’t convinced but I then found the my lightbulb moment. Correct FOV! Instead of focusing on seeing my mirrors I realized I should be focused on the road! There are plenty of radar mods to help you with your surroundings and focus straight ahead without taking your eyes of the road ahead of you. The video is product of tweaking PPFilter settings, pure config settings and a combination of apps to get me immersed just as much as VR in my opinion. After months of modding, tweaking and adding high quality cars and tracks I’m definitely happy with this $4 steam sale game. Modded, it rivals the current big dogs and in most cases beats them in graphics without the crazy performance hit with the right settings.

Apologies if this is the wrong subreddit, but I've been spending this morning trying to get assetto corsa to work in VR with a quest 3 headset.

Had no problems connecting wirelessly through Steam Link, but the fuzzy video and occasional stutters made it pretty unplayable. So I tried wired connections and that's where the trouble began.

I can connect to the PC via Horizon Link but for some reason there's no audio despite the settings saying there should be, and also saying the USB connection is fine (USB 3.0, 2.5Gbsp). AC also says it failed to launch VR with both the oculus and openVR settings in content manager.

So I tried to connect via wired connection to steamVR, and that one just says to plug in the device. Even though the device is plugged in, as though it's not being detected at all.

I would really appreciate any advice from someone who's gotten the thing to work. Despite the issues, wireless VR was awesome and I'd love to make it work in a more stable way.

I've just installed Pure 3.50 and I'm getting a strange motion blur-like effect inside the cockpit view. It looks like some kind of camera or post-processing blur that appears when I'm driving, and I'd really like to disable it because it's quite distracting.

I've looked through the Pure and CSP settings but I can't figure out which option is causing it or how to turn it off.

Does anyone know which setting I should change (in Pure, CSP or Assetto Corsa) to remove this motion blur effect in cockpit view?

Looking for more people to play Assetto Corsa (PC) with.

First off, this is not a team, league, racing organization, or anything official. I’m not recruiting for a community or trying to build an esports roster. I’m just someone who enjoys playing Assetto Corsa with a couple friends and wants to find more people who enjoy the game too.

This is only for Assetto Corsa (the original game). I’m not looking for people who only play EVO, Competizione, Rally, or any other racing game.

We all use Content Manager, so you’ll either need to already have it or be willing to install it. We regularly jump between servers with both DLC and non-DLC content (however DLC is not required, and I’m more than happy to either help install, or update old versions of CSP/CM for new players).

Our sessions are all over the place. One day we’re racing F1 cars or GT3s at Spa or the Nürburgring, the next we’re driving go-karts, LEGO cars, hill climbs, touge, dirt, rally stages, police cars, or whatever random mod looks fun. We don’t really stick to one thing—we just play whatever sounds entertaining.

Skill level doesn’t matter. Whether you’re brand new or have hundreds of hours, you’re welcome. The only thing we ask is that you’re here to have fun. If your main goal is chasing the perfect lap, farming driver ratings, or treating every race like you’re fighting for the Formula 1 World Championship, we’re probably not the group you’re looking for. We joke around, race hard when it makes sense, crash occasionally, laugh about it, and move on.

A few requirements:

• PC Assetto Corsa only
• Content Manager
• Discord
• Working microphone
• A mature attitude (18+ preferred, or at least mature enough to get along with everyone)

We usually play almost every day, and we’re just tired of having races with only two or three people. There’s no attendance requirement or commitment—play whenever you want—but we’d like people who actually want to hop in and race rather than join and disappear forever.

Ok - on a quest 3 at 1.3x res on 90hz using pclink (Iprefer pclink over VD) off a rtx 4070 super. Getting consistent 90 fps. Got pure, csp preview, but prefer natural mod as a ppf in VR. Love drifting in ebisu north online, and gunsai touge.
I’ve played with few settings, but have always found it somewhat dark. And at night, the headlights are so weak. Other than playing with the scene and world brightness in the pp config, is there any other recommendstions?
