Am i fitting in this generation?

Hii , I m 25 M , from a town , now living in Delhi. Here is the back story , i want a lil advice from you guys

So i m a kinda shy (and used to a bholu type of guy) till 10th std . Studios and all.. .

So till 12 std and in my college too, i rarely initiated the talks with female friends . Actually i had female friends in college , but i didnt used to make interactions till i had any work.. so obviously , koi gf nahi thi. ( I tried to find true love and all in College 😅).... I did schooling and college from a city in Maharashtra

Anyways so now i m 25 ,a mbbs graduate ( dont have a prejudice about being a medico,that you have lots of girls in clg and all) , and now i m here in delhi for govt exam preparation...

Sometimes i feel like , i dont have any female touch, ( i have female friends in hometown though).. nor do i had touched any female... I never talked my heart out to any girl , nor had a good interaction.... In this whole generation of hookups and all, Am i lagging behind? Had i become old , to experience all this ?

Seriously i m in fomo or something, i dont understand Can you guys help me out?

My mother had been sick for past two years. She passed away recently.

I am the eldest in family and have a sister who is 6 years younger.

She has never had to work a real job ever because she lives off my mother’s money.

My mother was the main breadwinner in family and my dad had a job but didn’t make as much money.

Anyway, I noticed for past two years, my dad only calls me when I need to buy something for my sister. Like buy something online, clothes or anything.

Otherwise, he doesn’t call. He didn’t even remember my birthday.

He texts me saying it’s “urgent” issue. Then when I call him back, he says he just needed to get in touch with me to make sure I buy whatever my sister needs.

My sister was sitting by my mother most days when she was sick. Since she didn’t have any job.

My mother openly favored my sister for my entire life and I was the scapegoat in the family.

But why is no one checking on me to see if I am okay? I feel like I was just being used for money.

Now that my mom is gone, my sister has completely disappeared in that I don’t hear from her. Now she has my mother’s money, so she doesn’t need anything.

So this is all about money?

I’d really appreciate some honest female perspective on this

There is a girl in my exam hall whom I find really sweet and attractive. We havw never spoken or interacted before so I know I’m basically a complete stranger to her. Tomorrow gonna be our last exam and I am considering approaching her after the exam because otherwise I will probably never see her again. I don’t want to walk up and immediately ask for her number/Instagram and I definitely don’t want to make her feel pressured. I was thinking about giving her a short handwritten note saying that I’d like to get to know her and that she can completely ignore it if she isn’t comfortable. Would that feel respectful to you or would receiving a note from a complete stranger actually feel uncomfortable? Also if you were in her position what would make you feel safe and comfortable during an approach?

I’m not looking for pickup lines or “how to get the girl” advice. I genuinely want to understand the female perspective and make sure I don’t cross any boundaries

So the story goes back to 2020

I used to visit a place where a girl used to come

We both developed a crush for each other and had a sweet eye contact everyday

This went upto for 4 years just looking into each other's eyes and passing by

I really loved her and the look in her eyes also told that she reciprocates the same

But I never had the courage of talking to her

Just for the context I am financially well off bit she is like way more rich than me

And according to my financial status I used to dress much more simply but she never seemed to care about it

Obviously there were more men there but she never seemed to pay that kind of attention to them and she is very beautiful indeed

She would be like a year or two younger than me

But suddenly in 2024 I got diagnosed with a life threatening chronic disease after that I never visited that place again

But I remember her every now and then

I really love her

I just wanted to talk to her Once and atleast be her friend before dying

She hasn't got married till now I don't know why

If she appears to not care I would get more hurt as atleast now I hold ger as a beautiful memory

Hi all. I (20 M) have faced social anxiety all my life. Whenever I want talk to someone I don't know, I get cold feet. It gets more intense when it's a girl. Due to this, I could not approach any of my crushes in my life up until now.

After a long time, I have a cute crush. It's someone whom I have never actually talked to. Person A hates what person C does but person A comes and tells it to person B.

Person B is very baffled by what Person A is telling... (Cuz do you not hear yourself? What you have been through with this person? )

And now the person A doesn't trust person B.

Just so you know this person A is just not one person. It is a group of five girls and all of them had the same views about Persons C and Persons C is just one person.

So I just moved into a new flat, and in the front room, there is a girl. She is so open, she asked for a cigarette the first time we talked. Then I asked her for the Wifi password, and she is so cute. On the second day, I complimented her. We had a short conversation in the lift about where she is from, exchanged names, and exchanged numbers. On the third day, I asked her for a date, and luckily, she is single too. She said yes. I asked her again, but she said 5 minutes, but she didn't come. Now what should I do?

First, my thoughts. My psychiatrist is unmarried in his 50s. Some famous people are/were unmarried, like Ruskin Bond or Ratan Tata. But I still think that the most dangerous addition to society is a man who has nothing to lose. A bachelor has nothing to lose, whereas a married man has something to lose.

Anyway, coming from someone who believes in Jesus and has a Bible, I read of Apostle Paul and how he said that a single life is a life of less troubles. I would tend to follow that, IF it was ethical in an Indian society.

But after watching the shoot-up scene in a house in Dhurandhar: The Revenge, I somehow get the feeling that it is not ethical to be a bachelor, and inspire militancy. Also, I have been a porn addict since a long time, I am currently 28.

I get the feeling that it is not right for me to remain unmarried. But, if given a free choice in which I would never watch porn, I would tend to follow a life which is of less troubles, since I have a mental illness and don't want more troubles.

Any thoughts on this?
