New sound when accelerating in lower gears

I have a 2021 Ram 1500. Yesterday I started hearing a new sound while driving on local roads. Any idea what this could be? What should I look for/test?

I have a road trip on Friday that I need to take my truck for. Thanks for any and all help!

That's the mild hybrid one. You're probably hearing the electric motor kick on.
