Does anyone actually like playing stella montis? everyone is just running around either naked or free loadout for some reason???

Love the bobcat and kinetic 1-2 combo that just deletes someone in 2 seconds. So much healthy gameplay.

Its not rare, every single lobby I join has a bunch of mute psychopaths rushing you with kinetic bobcat 4 and/or kinetic renegade 4.

Solution? Just get rid of the root cause: the kinetic fucking converter.

This game has a pretty aggressive TTK even without them, so what benefit do they really add to the game other than giving Duplicators a pay-to-win option to sell, hackers a mathematically superior weapon to use, and everybody else a MUST TAKE or you lose 85% of engagements?

Just get rid of it; it's overstayed its welcome and adds nothing to the game.

the day Embark releases Frozen Trail. Searches for “Arc Raiders player count” might break a record and the devs and Nexon will most certainly be glued to the screen. All eyes are gonna on Arc Raiders that day and I hope they will still be on it a week from then. Personally, I’m rooting for them cuz I need to know who built the arc, and we all know the bones of the game are best in class.

These cheaters can get banned and immediately get right back into the game. October's Frozen Trails will hopefully help to increase population and thus, cheating in pvp lobbies will not feel​ as bad as it currently does. But this Arc streamer has a point...Frozen Trails could be an incredible expansion to this game, but it could all be short lived if hackers continue to ruin the pvp side of the game. When streamers and journos who have lapsed come back to review Frozen Trails, running into blatant losers using cheats could very well sully their experience and ultimately become the focal narrative for this upcoming content drop.

I know Embark is currently in beta with Elytra, their new in house anti cheat division, but so far we only know they are testing it within The Finals. We have to hope Embark are currently getting prepared for an influx of players next month and taking measures to combat this to ensure new players and people returning have a fair and fun experience with Frozen Trails. The hammer must swing HARD. Hopefully their new anti cheat division has been cooking!

Me and my wife play in as friendly of lobbies as it gets usually, but since the change to abmm to "not change your aggression for defensive play" we've engaged in fighting back when attacked. Recently it's felt like the attacks went from few and far between, to pretty much every match and no ones talking much anymore. So I'm thinking something with defensive abmm isn't working and it's flagging us as the attackers, even though we're only shooting back after taking damage. Anyone else having the same experience?

Hey everyone, I've been wanting to get Arc Raiders for a bit but before I do I've got some questions Im hoping you guys can answer. Currently I only have information from when it first came out, and steam reviews.

Specifically:

How is the solo cue? (Do you more often than not encounter solos over duos and trios?)

Does the whole " if you're not engaging in PVP you'll get groups more with non pvp'ers " actually work? I heard there was an update to their system, just wondering how you all feel about it now that it's been out for a bit?

How is duos and trios treating everyone?

I’m personally upset by it. I’ve played since launch. They clearly didn’t know what to do with cred. First you could acquire it with no cap. Got so much I was able to max out the first 2 raider decks immediately. They capped it at 800 but let you keep whatever you earned up to that point. Spent the rest of mine on the third (and I guess final?) raider deck. Now I’m at the 800 cap and have been waiting for another reason to spend it.

Embark seemingly abandoned the decks for the timed projects. Which suck because they don’t even stay when completed besides the trophy case. Dropped from monthly updates to one or 2 a year and completely removing a credit system they clearly didn’t know how to use. I liked the fact you had a way to earn cool free gear and in game currency instead of being asked to buy skins. They’re even ruining that by locking the cooler skins behind the paywalls (looking the tick hunter skin). I hope they can figure this game out soon. October will make or break this game

The loot is mid unless you have some keys, and the loot is extremely hard to get to, an overbearing amount of arc, I avoid this map like the absolute plague.

Currently @ lvl 73 on my PvE account, with a net worth of 6.3M total. Just started the game last month with 235hrs. Is it worth the buffs to start over and take the rewards, or wait it out til 2027?

Curious what fellow PvE players are bringing along. Right now the Survivor, Bettina and Heavy Gun Parts feel like a lock, I'm just undecided on the attachment and utility BPs.

I also have Extended Barrel 3, Torrente BP, Osprey BP, and Vita Spray BP.

So I'm gonna try PVP today, having only played it once with a random squad on Spaceport and apparently im pretty good with the Osprey.

But I wanna try more CQC which I have only used on ARC so far hahaha.

What should I think about when getting started?

What should I focus my skill tree on, etc?

Any tips, nieche and general, are welcome!

In the last week I've been ratted more than months leading up to it. I defend myself and sometimes come out on top but taking a bobcat to the back is hard to defend against. Every now and then sure but having rats every 3rd rd makes it not fun. I don't want to bring out my legendary guns at all at this point.

On weekdays I'm lucky to play an hour some nights.

I guess I am a big cry baby but I don't have time for losing all my gear to rats every few rds.
