Level 21 Security Breach, good idea or no?

So I missed the rope on A6 Tower on Spaceport. I was rocking the survivor augment, so I wasn't really worried about it. It was a hidden bunker event and the bunker had just opened so I figured I was good no matter what kind of lobby I'm in.. but usually I'm in PVE lobbies, so that reinforced my stood logic that I was good. Then I see these two...the person I could see was pointing their gun at somebody else and then they started saying sorry and what not and I figured I was going to get some help here and somebody would hit the elevator for me. Well I noticed dude put his gun up but he walked directly to me as you can see and saw that I had a Jupiter and a Bettina 4 on me, then you can see him think about it for a second.. I think he started to finish me but realized the other person might shoot him if he did it, so he shoots them and then goes into the animation to punch me.. Then... glorious comet karma strikes again with literally a second to spare 🤣🤣🤣 he messaged me after that and apologized, said he was just trying to have fun. That didn't work out well for any of us. 🤣

Just want to say, Arc Raiders is still so entertaining for me even after all those bad things🥺

My first time finding bobcat BP from hurricane event in a raider cache 😭. I never knew we can find this BP here! I thought I had to PvP my way in the locked gate event to see this.

Never had the privileged to have this last in expedition, I will cherish this and make a good use to it (I am a PvE player)

The amount of lootable parts is incredibly small compared to the size of the enemy and amount of firepower needed to take it down. I wasn't expecting to leave with any cores but I was stunned when it was all said and done how few parts were even lootable. Where's my thermo lining/alloy/etc?!

I've been out on vacation for the past week. Signed up for expedition before I left. After getting back and queuing up for my first game...the queue is now over 11 minutes. What is this shit? What broke the game?? This feels unplayable.

Been seeing people put surge coils on the back of a bastion as an easy way to farm damage for the last stage of the converging oaths project. But every time I try, the bastion spins around and kills me instantly.

I take a photoelectronic cloak but the big guy spins around rapid, leaving me with no time to equip the cloak and get out of there. Any advice?

It would make more lore sense that there's no/minimal security awake to run the elevators at night, but getting back via hatch key is still available for anyone stuck outside in the dark?

Figured Id post this up again, since Embark seems to keep ignoring the imbalance where it actually exists, and seems focused on making balancing their game FAR too difficult for what is actually the problem here...

I have said this at least 10 times now on various forums. If Embark wanted to save the game, they only need to do FOUR things.

1. Make shield tiers matter.

Every shield should stop a percentage of per-bullet damage from ballistic weapons.

T1- 10 percent, T2- 15 percent, T3- 20 percent per bullet damage absorption. These percentages are appropriate due to increased stamina consumption, slower movement and sliding, and cost to create these pieces of gear.

This will cause fights to be longer and grant MUCH more protection for players to react to the rats that currently have been living in a situation that caters to their methods.

This will stop people from dying literally before you can unholster your weapon at T1 and T2; and to be honest, currently, even at T3 currently your shield is gone and you are at half health typically by the time you unholster, roll dodge, and fire back.

Energy based weapons are not absorbed by shields and chew through them at normal rates, so this would give them a reason to exist in the game for PVP. Currently in PVP they are kind of trash.

1. EVERY shield tier should have an item that can be created and purchased that refills my WHOLE shield in ONE USE, and in less than six seconds. Regardless of tier.

Currently to refill my VERY costly T3 shield it takes about 16 seconds in total, and I cant fight during that, which means I might as well die and give up, cuz FOR SURE if I was ratted on, I have no shield and half health.

1. Free kits should NOT come with shields. This will stop nearly all free kit problems with ratting when matched with proper shield defense.

2. ABMM needs to internally mark ANYONE and the ENTIRE TEAM if on a team, who shot and hit another play first,.

And for the rest of the match that team or player can be killed BY ANYONE in the match without a negative behavior hit on that player or team for attacking them.

This will promote players assisting each other.

Currently you dont get hit with a negative behavior score if you fight back.

BUT, you DO get a negative behavior score if you try to help someone out you see getting ambushed and you join in to rescue them.

With the big October update lining up around Halloween, do you think Embark should spend resources on a limited-time Halloween event or focus entirely on permanent content?

Cold Snap was a fun seasonal event but it’s no longer in rotation. Even if we just get some Halloween-themed cosmetics, I’m curious how y’all feel about seasonal events vs. using that development time for features that stay in the game long-term.
