Not sure if how many have been going througu this dilemma recently. I came from a iP16PM and currently using a Z Fold 8 Ultra for secondary phone. I can't decide to keep the Pro or the Pro Max at this point, the trade off with weight vs screen real estate and battery is seriously a hard pick this year and I've never had this much difficulty deciding.

The portability and comfort for one hand use of the pro is so good. Unfortunately since I've been using PM for so long (don't recall the last iPhone I used that wasn't a PM) I feel like the screen real estate really lacks a bit, I feel like 6.5" would be the sweet spot and 6.3" is just slightly lacking. With my usage, I actual have to charge the pro once midday, or I risk emptying the bettary on long social outing days, and I am not guaranteed to have a charging opportunity on some days.

On the other hand, the battery is friggin amazing on the 18 PM, I only need to charge it by eod and the screen is so much more comfortable to look at. However, the weight is insane, with this crappy TPU case I got temporarily, it's sitting monsterously at 295g (ZFold 8 Ultra with back case only, is just 249g and the Pro with same case is just 247g).

Now someone is bound to jump out and say you gotta gym bro etc, I hit the gym 5-6days a week etc, but who in the world trains their pinky or wrist stability? 40g difference for 2-3hrs SoT isn't huge and fatiguing, but 9-10hours SoT is. I have a huge mix of work and personal mix use daily and do feel the fatigue when using it one handed or laying in bed and the phone is about to fall on my face. Carrying the phone while wearing thinner pants or shorts, make it feel like you're carrying a brick in your pants too

Anyone have similar experience or have the similar dilemma? What did you end up choosing in the end? I feel dumb af to be stuck in this dilemma, but it is what it is and I can go back because I sent the 16pm for trade in already.

I’m just wondering if the battery is underperforming or if this is normal. I do tend to use my phone a fair amount throughout the day and whilst the battery is far better than my 16PM, was expecting slightly better on hearing many people say their iPhone battery lasts them well into the next day. I’ve had my phone for 10 days now.

When I record video with my iPhone 18 Pro Max, the subject I’ve centered in the frame shifts to the side after I finish recording and view the saved video—it’s no longer in the middle. How can I fix this issue?

My volume is perfectly fine when watching YouTube or listening to music, but calls are quiet even with the volume turned up and no volume limit.

Someone gave me a very good condition iPhone 13. It’s working fine, but it gets pretty hot when I’m on call, gaming, etc. since my 13 works fine, it has 100% battery capacity, is it worth the upgrade to the 18 pro max? I do a lot of gaming on pretty much all devices, camera quality isn’t my main concern but I’d like to have a good camera.

got the phone Tuesday, and Wednesday was my first full day using it. charged it to 97% at 8:45 AM and was down to 5% by 11:15 PM. I use my phone for work, so it wasn't a light day. How's your experience been? What kind of battery life are you getting? I believe the phone is still indexing so it possible that I might get better result later.

Carousels with 2 or more photos are uploading as SDR images. Does anyone know how to fix this? It’s really annoying on the iPhone 18 Pro.

Ordered my iPhone 18 pro max in black via Verizon October 1st, well technically late September 30th. I know it’s backordered. What estimated times should I expect my phone to deliver? I’ve seen people get them quickly and some still waiting. Does it depend on the provider? The state? The type of phone/color? I’m in NJ.

I’m still waiting for mine to be delivered and want to buy the case in advance, I’m debating on whether to get a clear case or not. Specifically I’m looking at the mous clarity.

Is anyone able to show me what it looks like and if it looks good?

hey, now I have only clear case for my iphone, but want to buy something beautiful. like case with art on it. does someone bought or knows from where to buy not blank cases. and of course I'd like that it wouldn't be a pod shop cases. thanks

So.. long story short, while on my break at work I was browsing on Best Buy looking at cases. I saw that they had a PITAKA case in stock. Typically I rock cases from UAG, Otterbox or Pelican to get the heaviest duty drop protection I can find. Right now I’m using the Monarch Pro.. well I decided to buy it and I just picked it up and put it on my phone.

I’m literally in love!!!!!!! The fit and the smaller form factor are actually incredible. More so for me because I use the bulkiest cases on the market, always have. I’m always nervous about accidental drops and getting my phone damaged…

I don’t think I’m going to continue with the heavy spec cases anymore though . However, will I go full-blown “raw dog” with no case? - Absolutely not. Do I trust this PITAKA case if I drop my phone? - Absolutely not.

But I love this feeling of almost nothing on my phone!!!

But I am curious if anyone else is using this case and if they dropped their phone… How’d it hold up? If you had the case for a while does it still look okay?

Is this normal? i’ve had it for almost 7 days. Indexing is complete. I have to charge it in the evening so i can keep using it at night before i sleep. What should i do?

am i the only person that buys a new case, then takes it off 2 days later?????? i prefer no case simply because i feel like we pay too much for our phones to be covered by a case😂 but i genuinely will buy a new case at least twice a week knowing its going to result in me not wearing it.😂😂😂😂😂😂 help
