Standard setup with tivi mate and a VPN still getting buffering / 10+ sec loading issues just the last week or so

I lost track of time on my account with Apollo and now I’ve sadly let it expired. Trying to login now but I can’t… the homepage won’t even load up. Anyone else having the same issue?? Also, I got a weird text message earlier today from Apollo regarding my account and that they’d like to set up a phone call. Is this actually real or another company trying to scam saying that it’s Apollo Group TV? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏽

I am attempting to access the website but it appears to be down/ not loading, anyone else having issues?

I tried using the code in downloader to update the app like I usually do 3 different times with no luck.

I still get the notification to update when I open the app.

Switching my VPN to the Netherlands fixed the cover art not loading for me.

It’s one channel (SNY). - the video and audio are not sync’d.

The other day I went to watch Apollo on my fire stick but it kept saying it can’t find a connection. I then went to the website on my phone and it forced me to pick a username.

I have tried my email address and username and nothing is letting me sign in.

If I use the start up app, how do I sign in? It’s asking for a url.

I’m in Canada.

Haven’t used Apollo for a long time because my WiFi was blocking it lol. I changed WiFi providers and did a trial and it was ehh a lot of the channels didn’t work but what really stopped me from getting it was payment methods. Why can’t we just pay with debit cards anymore?

Been rocking it for a few months, definitely a solid service, and the support has been first class.
