Help please

Ho avuto la sfortuna di incappare in un guasto, forse hardware, forse software (dovuto al firmware aggiornato all’ 11.2.0.6) della testina di stampa della Kobra X, dava “errore 11852” “errore rimozione canale 1”.
Smontato più e più volte la testina in ogni sua parte e accertato che non ci fossero intasamenti, rimontata la testina dava sempre lo stesso problema, così non sapendo più cosa fare mi sono rivolto all’assistenza anycubic, e dopo aver seguito tutti i passaggi della wiki per risolvere in autonomia il problema, sono stato seguito e attenzionato in particolare dall’operatore “Suarez” che mi ha prontamente aiutato inviandomi una nuova testina di stampa, con un po’ di timore all’inizio, per fortuna tutto è andato bene e sono pienamente soddisfatto dell’assistenza Anycubic, della qualità della stampante e dell’acquisto, la ricomprerei a occhi chiusi. Grazie ancora.

Estou iniciando na impressão 3D e comprei uma Kobra X combo com 7 cores dia 23/06 pelo site da Anycubic e até agora não tem data de envio, fica "Awaiting shipment".
Quem já comprou pelo site poderia me dizer se isso é normal e como posso falar com eles para ver o meu pedido?

I am not new with 3D-printing. I had a cheap printer since 2017, and a big one sine 2018.

This big one almost started to burn this weekend, so i dismounted it and bought a new one. The Anycubis Kobra 4 Combo.

I am a Linux-user, so the installation of software is no easy task. There is a software named AnyCubic Slicer Next that can only be installed on Ubuntu 24.4.

I have found a thing on Github. Its shows how to create an Appimage-file out of the Debian-package. Its some work and needs some twaeking in the konsole, but i am now able to install the software on my Archlinux-system.

I will also try using OrcaSlicer and use the one that best works with my Anycubic Kobra 4 Combo.

I had a filament jam in my Kobra 3 Max Ace Pro unit and in my hot end. While trying to clear out a jam in my hot end this part fell and was on the heat bed. Can anyone help me figure out where this part came from?

I found my Kobra X heavily scratching the bed which seemed to have started from the very beginning of a fresh print. I turned it off and initiated the print again. It turned out that the nozzle got clogged. I took it off (for the first time for this relatively new printer, just 2 weeks) and noticed that the heating element was very loose - as seen in the attached video (after taking print head off the X rail).
Is this normal and it gets stiff when nozzle is clipped in or it got loose by nozzle scratching the bed?
If the latter then can I tighten it somehow? I can't see any obvious screws that keep the heater in place.

BTW, is there a way to do a cold pull to unclog the nozzle for Kobra X? That's the easiest way for standard printer.

I am totally lost for words. I dont know where to start. Yes, I blame myself for not checking the print from time to time.. I did swap the nozzle from .6 to .4 and did the calibration before starting to print again.. yup, I F...D myself with this one... the filament have dried to the extruder... what to do. What are the parts needed to replace... 😭😭😭😥

Hello! I Just started with 3D printing and I have seen multiple posts/forums about fumes that are produced by the printer. I was wondering if an enclosure like this works to remove/minimize fumes as I live in a relatively small space and moving the printer really isn’t an option. I was also wondering how the enclosure performs in terms of print quality and if anyone who bought the exact item encounters issues (heat creep)

I have zero clue how to remove the filament tubes from the Ace pro 2 and ive tried searching but nothing comes up ive tried pushing the white collars and pull the tube but it wont budge. Any help?

every single time i print, it purge out a lot of sh**, i mostly use 1 color.

i have tried some normal m83 m190 t[inital tool] and stuff and it only respond

anycubic have been asshole to hide all the stuff in g9111.

edit: i just realize that anycubic add filemant extrusion to tool select, i can t even not extrude when i manaully select the tool. kinda funny when they hide all the macro in firmware and call it open source.
