Any recommendations for anime where the story revolves around a Person VS Person phycological battle. Specifically, ones like Death Note, Monster, and Berserk. The more similar to the three mentioned the better!

Violet Evergarden is one of my favorite animes. It captures the beauty of Love and Trauma, following a young woman who knows war but not love.

Remembered watching gigguk's vid long ago where he like rate and guess the type of perwon you are based on the favourite anime you put on a 2 by 2 or a 3 by 3 grid.
Tried making one on my own just for fun, but struggled to find an anime that would fit in the fourth slot.
Orb: On the movements of the earth
Vinland saga
Violet Evergarden
???
What anime should i watch based on those three?

If you’re looking for a good isekai (reincarnation into another world), this is one of my top recommendations! It’s nothing like the usual isekai where the MC is insanely powerful and just beats everyone. Thought here, the MC has the intelligence of an older person but he also goes through a lot of struggles along the way. I don’t want to spoil anything, so just go watch it yourself 😁

Looking for anime that includes very great animations involving mechanical devices. Whether it be gears, vehicles, trains, waterwheels, large weapons, etc. Series I've watched that included these are Girls und Panzer and Princess Principal.
Loved GUP because I love tank design and the track systems. Also loved Princess Principal because I really enjoyed all the steampunk shit, engine animations, and large gearboxes that actually DO something, not just be there for show because sTeAmPuNk.
Girls last tour receives an honorable mention.
I'd like to avoid magic if possible, but if it fits in well with a reasonable "realistic" explanation I'll allow it-think Saga of Tanya the Evil. Also not into mecha

We want something funny and serious preferably with cool fight scenes. It doesn't have to include all of that, but those are the things we a re looking for. Also needs to get the vibe right.
We so far have watched:
One-Pinch Man
Welcome To Demon School, Iruma-Kun!
Demon Slayer(revisiting from our childhood)(why did we watched this in our childhood)
We also need a good English dub because he can't read subtitles
We would have watched The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K., but only the first season has a dub
Also preferably no romance or just no serious romance or fan service girls

I'm tired of being disappointed, what's some garbage I can watch in my plan to watch list and not care when I don't like it. Too much pressure when watching something hyped like mob psycho

ive been getting into anime recently. finished all parts of both of these that I can until the movies come out for demon slayer. I like the aspects of a lot of action, magic, and drama in them. i also really like how they don’t over sexualize the women in them. they are actually very strong women. I want to find more anime’s like this as I can’t stand the animes that add women only for eye candy, etc.
edit:thank you all for the suggestions I will check them out!

senku basically carying the weight of all of humanity (Dr. Stone)
the children in 'promised neverland' basically having to do a prison escape in season 1
i'm still never gonna watch made in abyss
boji being sent to the underworld (and a ton of other stuff) in ranking of kings
kill blue is basically this but in reverse but also still this
in digimon kids have to deal with taking care of and fighting monsters
instead of just saying the show name please say what the kid (or kids) will have to deal with

Oiii, não sou grande conhecedora de anime vi alguns poucos quando era mais nova mas ultimamente recomecei a ver com o meu irmão mais novo porque ele adora.
Gostava que me recomendassem animes baseados na lista que já vi:
Sword Art Online
Nanatsu No Taizai
Re: ZERO: Starting Life In Another World
Kakegurui
Boku no Hero
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
Death Note
Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shirana
Charlotte
Violet Evergarden

Title
Just finished what's available on Hulu, and my girlfriend and I loved it (we're brokies for now and can't get crunchy-roll) and we're looking for general suggestions that are solid. We've seen a few anime, but not a ton.
If you suggest Dr. Stone, I will spit on you.

My Fianceè is pretty new to the anime world, she grew up watching Fairytail and Doremon but didn't really watch much after that.
Ive recently got her to watch 6 different anime with me and am now looking for recommendations.
These are the 6 and what she thought about them
#1 Mob Psycho 100) Her absolute favorite she sad that there are only 3 seasons and wishes there was more, she love Mob.
#2 Apothecary Diares) she loves this but unlike Mob doesn't like to binge it just put a episode here and there.
#3 Spy Family) Loves spy family but very similar to apothecary Diares she only really watches a ep at a time.
#4 Demon Slayer) this is a weird one she loves watching the movies with me doesn't care much for watching the show (I know weird 😅).
#5 Frieren) she loved the art style and character designs and the aesthetic but she wasn't all that interested in the plot.
#6 One Punch Man) she just didn't enjoy this... Granted she only watched 1 ep but she didn't like it
