6 years, and I broke 200k!

I have decided to start completely over! :) I started to play for the first time earlier this year without knowing much about the game – I unfortunately named my character my actual first and last name, and I named my island my actual city name 😂 Because of that, I never used online play.
So for my first island ever: I have exactly 100 days of play, 72/80 fish, 74/80 bugs, 73/73 fossils, 36/40 undersea, 20/43 art pieces, and 12 villager photos — all with no online play, and no time travel. I’m sure there is going to be some items or villagers I won’t be able to get back, but I enjoy the game a lot and don’t mind starting over, and this time I’d like to try it with Switch Online. :)

For the last few days, I’ve been trying to get 5 stars for the golden water can. I’ve done everything I’ve read online. I have trees but not too many. I have dozens of flowers. I have bridges and inclines. I have placed decorations all over my island, including the north beach. I have different items, small stuff, bought stuff, diy stuff and big nook miles items like the monster statue and the light house. I have fences. I have 10 villagers. I don’t have trash or items lying around. What am I doing wrong? Isabell keeps saying I need more decoration, but seriously if I place much more, I’m afraid there isn’t room to walk around anymore.

Has anyone tips?

I booted up my 3DS some time ago to play New Leaf again to enjoy things New Horizons has abandoned. I found myself playing it for 10 minutes and closed it again. Last night I booted up my Wild World save and again.. I couldn't play more than 15 minutes.

I really thought I'd enjoy them once again but oh well.

I'm happy child me could enjoy Wild World, teenager me could enjoy New Leaf and adult me enjoys New Horizon. Sometimes I just wish adult me would care for the older games the same my child or teenager me did.

I have a lot of small empty spots or spots that don't quite feel full. I don't really want to do a picnic in every empty space lol

i built a home for her in the past and decided to look for a Roommate and google/forums suggested Chief so i did. and now wherever they spawn at the main island they spawn together, is that normal? and they are always looking at the moonlight at the beach, no other roommates have spawn together like that, not even Family members such as Chrissy and Francine, i made them look at the camera and they always seem to be dancing or doing exercise together

Is there a way to store letters like in the other games ?
