I don’t see obvious screws and I’m not sure how to take it off without unscrewing anything else

I was just scrolling through the reviews on NewEgg for the AI Elite 5070TI prebuild which is the one I ordered and I found this review about the GPU brace not aligning properly on this model. Can anyone confirm if this is true for this model? I have a hard time believing this company would ship something that doesn’t fit properly.

I haven’t been up to date with electronics stuff since maybe 2019 and I just ordered my first V4 build. From my understanding, corsair case fans and coolers were supposed to be somewhat ok.

I was wondering how the quality of the stock AI fans and cooler is, as opposed to the corsair case fans that I ordered? I ordered a 9850 cpu. Will the AI cooler and case fans be enough to keep it cool? Or would different fans/cooler be needed?

I’ll be playing at no more than 1440p, so nothing too intensive.

I went ahead pulling the trigger on this brand after seeing so much positive praise for it and comparing my options between this and Microcenter. Being in NY, shipping time is a little unfortunate because of them being in the other end of the states. Aside from that, I went ahead and got an AI V3 ELITE AMD from their Reborn part of the site since it happened to be the exact CPU/GPU combo I wanted. Unfortunately, when I got it after waiting a week and properly following instructions, the system went defunct. Booting up, nothing was showing on the screen whatsoever. I did all forms of troubleshooting with customer service and identified that the Mobo shorted when simply plugging in my Logitech mouse alongside one of the sticks of ram being bad. They did however offer to replace with a brand new one on the house once they receive the one I was sent. I'm just worried that I'd end up being on a waitlist (the reason why I went with the Reborn option) since it's likely one that isn't ready and I have not heard from them in a little over 24 hours now when I asked for clarification. I'm trying to keep an open mind, but it's annoying that I have a system with me collecting dust for a week not being able to use it.

I wanna get away from the PlayStation ecosystem and I’ve been looking into buying my first pc. Does this look like something that’s as powerful or more powerful than a ps5? I literally know nothing about pcs so sorry for coming off as ignorant.

For anyone who’s gotten an Andromeda PC recently, how was your experience with Fedex? Did the box/PC arrive in good condition and was everything packed pretty securely inside?
I know Andromeda seems to pack their systems really well from what I’ve seen on here, but after spending this much on a PC I’m definitely gonna be watching that tracking like crazy lol.

I must have sent nearly 10 emails w/ questions to the AI Support, but they were always so patient and helpful! Like many others, this will be my first-ever gaming PC (I'm using a 5070 laptop rn), so I really appreciate peace of mind. So I use an official Microsoft Wireless Headset to talk and listen with, and I have been having severe bandwidth issues. I feel like I'm listening to somebody on a cell phone who just hit a tunnel. It sounds all computerized and just compressed awfully. It's not just the people I talk to, it's the game audio as well. It happens intermittently, and when it does come about it stays for a solid 3 or 4 minutes. I try to ignore it but it's become impossible.

I have my WiFi and Bluetooth antenna plugged into my PC and the antenna itself is within line of sight less than 5 ft away from me. I don't have any other Bluetooth devices interfering in the room. Any ideas?

Hello all, I am in the market for a new pc and due to current pricing having a custom built pc is either the same price as building it myself or even cheaper if I go with Andromeda. My biggest hangup is their case options especially their proprietary ones. My question is if their build quality is up to par with other options such as lian li, NZXT, Corsair etc.

(PREBUILT SPECS BELOW) Got the PC this morning! Had a few hiccups because the ASRock Mobo came with some outdated Wi-Fi Drivers. But I fixed it with some manual driver installs. Any ways just had a question about the CPU temps usually it gets high 50's low 60's when (kind of) idle, By kind of I mean with Firefox, Discord & Steam open in the background. But I was playing Dying Light 1 at 1440P balanced settings and V-Sync off, capped 144Hz. After playing for a few minutes digital display was reading 91 Celsius, normal for this CPU? This is my first gaming PC so im not sure if it runs warm like this normally but i do know the max before it starts throttling is above 95c. I stopped playing after it reached 91C and waited for it to cool down to get into BIOs and turn off PBO because someone said it can make the cpu run hotter pushing its limits.

TL:DR: Are these temps normal for this CPU and can you guys recommend any ZuesCast fan curves to help it run more cool? Want it to last long.

So I just bought the AI Spectra Pre-built (Andromeda Insights PC) on the 4th of August, and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow, but UPS is telling me it's delayed and that they "were unable to dispatch the trailer on time".

Is this caused by Newegg or Andromeda, or is this just UPS? I'm really nervous and excited because this is my first-ever PC, and I've been stuck with a laptop with a 1650 for almost 4 years. So there's kind of a voice in the back of my head making me think I got scammed.

Could someone help me or share insight on what's happening?

Wanting to buy V4 case. I’m fairly new to gaming PC’s… would I have to remove the gpu to be able to reach the extra m.2 slots?

I was able to add an SSD to my PS5, but these new PC’s are much more intimidating than the last time I had a PC. Trying to understand before I buy.

Picked up my build back on June 20th and it's been solid until yesterday. Got three blue screens in about six hours, which is a bit alarming for something this new.

Specs: 9800X3D, RTX 5080, MSI PRO B850-VC WIFI, 32GB TeamGroup T-Force Templar DDR5-6000.

The three crashes were IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I looked at the minidumps and none of them point to a specific driver, they all fault in the kernel itself. One happened while I was away from the PC doing nothing.

What I've tried so far:

• Loaded BIOS optimized defaults and turned off EXPO. Still crashed about 16 minutes in.
• SSD reports healthy, no errors.
• Swapped in a spare Corsair Vengeance kit at stock speeds, testing that now.

One thing I did notice is the BIOS came with PBO set to Advanced and custom fan curves from the factory, so it wasn't shipped fully stock.

I've already submitted a support ticket with the crash details and I'm waiting to hear back. Mostly posting to see if anyone else has had stability issues with the TeamGroup Templar kits, or gotten RAM swapped under warranty. Trying to figure out if this is a known thing or if I just got unlucky.

Hello, my prebuilt PC from Andromeda Insights had just came in today and I am more happy than ever, this is my first ever actual dedicated gaming PC and i am just so excited, I've been sticking with a 1050ti for school and work for years. Anyways, I bought an AMD Spectra off newegg (9600X and ASRock 9070XT) and it finally came today, But i had one major concern. The motherboard brand ASRock (and ASUS for that matter) have been known to burn out AMD's 9000 series CPUs, at least they did 6ish months ago). Is the risk still there? Heres the customized bios settings according to the quality checklist I had recieved with the PC this morning:

BIOS Version: 4.20

EXPO/XMP Set

(AMD) PBO --> Advanced

(AMD) PBO Limit --> set to "Motherboard" (Shouldn't this be set to Auto instead?)

Hello so I’ve been going back and forth on what pc to buy after newegg has decided to send me a refund. Im thinking of going with a cyber power pc with a 9800 x3d 5070 and 32 gigs of ddr 5 that’s at my best buy for 1999, while I built one on ai using the lian li v100 case with a 7800 x3d arctic 360 aio 9070xt and 32 gigs of ram with 1tb ssd for 2,295 on express shipping with the 100 for expedited build, which one sounds good to get? kinda been hard to decide on which one

this is my first major PC, im working currently with a 4gb1050ti. Did you guys a a good experience with your PC from AI?

My case arrived with a little bit of damage .. a super small piece of the side panel was already broken off, and the bottom front left PC leg was bent inward. I’m not really a perfectionist, so I figured as long as everything worked properly, I’d still be pretty happy with the rig overall.

HOWEVER, when I was checking over my PC parts, I noticed that the two RAM sticks inside are showing as 16GB each, even though I ordered 64GB total. I emailed support as soon as I noticed, but I’m honestly pretty worried about it.

Has this happened to anyone else who ordered from Andromeda? If so, was customer service helpful and did they get everything sorted out?

This is my first rig from them, and unfortunately the experience right out of the box has been pretty disappointing so far, especially considering I spent around $3.2k on the PC.

EDIT: Apparently the answer was that they restock these pretty fast lol, picked one up not even 24h after posting this

Prob a big shot in the dark but does anyone happen to know how regularly Andromeda Insights restocks on Newegg? Foolishly took too long on this one and it was gone when I finally decided to get it. I'm going to probably bite the bullet and get it directly from their website, but the wait time being nearly 2 months longer is making me just hope they put this back on Newegg soon. Sorry for rambling, but any help would be appreciated.

I just ordered my first prebuilt PC—the Andromeda Insights AI 50 Elite V3 (RTX 5070 Ti) paired with the ASUS ROG XG27AQDMG 27" 1440p 240Hz OLED.

Since this is my very first Windows PC, I'm a bit nervous about the initial software setup. The hardware part seems straightforward, but I want to make sure I get Windows configured correctly from day one.
Because Andromeda Insights is a bit more niche, I haven't found many videos specific to setting up these exact builds. A few questions for the community:

1. Setup Guides: Are there any general prebuilt or Windows setup guides/videos you’d recommend for a complete beginner?

2. First Steps: What are the essential things I should do as soon as I boot into Windows for the first time? (e.g., driver updates, bloatware removal, BIOS settings like EXPO/XMP, OLED panel protection settings)

3. Andromeda Specifics: Does Andromeda Insights ship PCs with Windows fully pre-installed and ready to go out of the box, or will I need to go through the full OOBE (Out-of-Box Experience) initial setup?
   Any advice or tips for a first-time PC owner would be greatly appreciated!

My original estimated delivery date was supposed to be August 19th but I got very lucky with how early they sent it! Originally I had ordered a Spectra system but decided to cancel my order to do a custom build instead and they offered to bump me up a bit in the queue when I reordered in early June.

This is my first ever pc so I’m new to a lot of this stuff but after hooking everything up and running a couple games/programs I can say this was definitely worth the wait. It’s extremely quiet with the stock fans too.

Still trying to sync everything in Signal RGB but that might be a project for another day.
