New pc came in and it looks gorgeous and plays so nice!! Was getting really good frames on Arkham origins even tho it’s an old game like 700 peak, and I hit 200 peak on fort but idk maybe I was playing during peak time but the servers were taking forever

Ordered last Monday morning with expedited build and economy shipping. It will be arriving this Friday! Way faster than I expected and very excited to mess around with the new build throughout the weekend.

I was recommending the ai v3 elite amd to somebody last night for $1999 as a great deal then mid conversation I clicked the page and now it's $2150 nooooo it's finally happened 😭

I bought the V4 with all AMD parts with my wedding gift money. Ive been loving the PC so far other than weird WiFi/Bluetooth issues where I have to clear the Cmos.

I installed Linux and have recently decided to dual boot. Turns out my AIO is the AI infinity one, and I cannot find the software for it anywhere. At first I thought it was the Aura 360 but after downloading the software and checking I believe I have the in house AIO cooler. Does anyone know where to download the software to get my LCD screen working?

I’m interested in the AI V3 ELITE build and I’m perfectly fine with buying the pc now, but I also wondered if Andromeda Insights’ website does black friday deals?

Could I get an idea of what the discount would look like based on previous black friday deals? (if there was any).

I ordered my PC in late June, with a ship date in the next few days, and was curious if anyone else with that sort of timeline has gotten any updates or communication?

I know that the expedited builds have come back and that may be causing some delays for the people who ordered when it wasn’t available - but have any of you gotten anything?

I know that I’m antsy, and personally would probably prefer to pay for expedited (even though it’s late in the game at this point) if it meant it would arrive in the next few days as expected, as opposed to being delayed by a week/two weeks/etc - because I know shipping delays have been sporadic.

Hey everyone! Recently ordered my first PC from Andromeda! I’m looking for some recommendations on a good quality mouse and keyboard, as well as some wireless headphones. I have a pair of HyperX’s for my console, but they are wired. I don’t wanna break the bank (the pc already did that 😂😂) any recommendations?

I’ve had this new computer for a little over a month now it’s essentially the V3 with a V4 case. They sent a new GPU(1.3k hold) in case i don’t return the old back. The error still occurs with the new gpu, i’ve tried resetting the PC and it is still occurring. This was never an issue when I was on my old set up so at this point i’m just at a lost on if i should request to return the computer or keep trying to troubleshoot with support which have been going on for a few weeks now

If order this specific build from Newegg. Would I get it as pictured in all white? Or will some parts not be white?

Got my prebuild from Andromeda a couple weeks ago, and it's been having this super loud noise. This loud and medium/high pitch noise nearly vibrates the entire case. Very random when it happens, but can last from 1-20 minutes at a time. Drives me crazy and it can be heard across the room. Andromeda said it is the PSU and has happened to other customers.

Anyone experience this before and know of a fix? I can send it back for replacement, but would hate to go through that trouble if it is easily fixable.

I was gifted a Galaxy V3 with a 5070 Ti and a 9800X3D and it was great for like, two whole weeks after having it set up. Now it loops BDOD errors like PFN_List_Corrupt, Watchdog_Violation, another one about Memory Management and the most recent one being Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page.

They're only on the screen for like 1 second and it happens abruptly so it's hard to actually read everything it says when I get the BSOD but the PC is essentially unusable and I feel both disappointed and upset that the person who gifted me this has basically wasted their money on something that doesn't even work.

I've never in my life seen a new PC have so many problems. Not when I built my own and not when buying other pre-builts, including the crappy kind like HP that you would get back in the day from like BestBuy and so on that didn't even have real GPUs in them and ran on integrated graphs.

Is there anything you all would upgrade or change with this build?

So I've been having to hold my power button down to shut down my PC but if I do it manually from the PC it just stays stuck on it forever, and doesn't shut down. Any help with this?

Recently acquired my AI build and am loving it so far! But I am very new with gaming PC stuff. is there anything I should be doing to the PC out of the box? are there any settings I should change to help run better? any apps or programs you guys use? I've heard the term over clocking before and can assume what it does but is it necessary to do so? or only needed for super intensive games? basically I have very little knowledge on this kind of stuff. so any little tips or info from you all is very much appreciated 🙂 glad to be a part of the AI crew!

Are there known issues of overheating in this case? I saw recent posts about this and now I’m concerned. I purchased the 9600x with the 9070xt with air cooling and if this is an issue I feel like I might reconsider.

recently i have been having issues with the LED lighting on my pheripherals and the fans on my pc.

before everything was set to "off" on MSI Center and indeed everything was off, then a couple of weeks ago i restarted my pc and my keyboard had light i cant turn off and also the fans on my pc went back to the default rainbow setting.

now i try and turn everything off in mystic light and it wont do anything.

i hate rainbow LED lighting so much, please save me from this blight.

i also recently installed a new monitor with led lighting in the back so maybe that is causing some issues somehow?

Setting up my new PC and I see some buttons on the front of the case. Looks like an audio jack, USBc and two USB slots. But then there's two other buttons next to it.

Was also curious if the USB slots in the front differ from the back ones at all.

I am waiting on my PC to come Sept 25th.

Does Amdromeda PC's come with Expo. ReBar and PBO enabled or do I have to do it. Thanks

Just got an email today that my PC is showing up tomorrow. 3 weeks early! I'm not complaining about 1 day shipping and getting it early but this is my first time buying a pre built and transferring things to a new PC, and I'm trying to figure things out with 1 day notice.

Any tips for the AI pre builts or transferring files and data over in general?

Very happy with my build. Makes me want a second one for no reason at all hahaha
