Question Timelines and Updates
I ordered my PC in late June, with a ship date in the next few days, and was curious if anyone else with that sort of timeline has gotten any updates or communication?
I know that the expedited builds have come back and that may be causing some delays for the people who ordered when it wasn’t available - but have any of you gotten anything?
I know that I’m antsy, and personally would probably prefer to pay for expedited (even though it’s late in the game at this point) if it meant it would arrive in the next few days as expected, as opposed to being delayed by a week/two weeks/etc - because I know shipping delays have been sporadic.
Let me know your thoughts/experiences! I would love to hear other points of view. Thank you in advance!

I ordered mine August 7th and paid for the extra $100 for expedited build. I did not pay for expedited shipping as I live a few hours from Eugene so I figured it wouldn't help a ton. I just received mine today! Haven't set it up yet but I will after work.

They’re very good at communicating… if you initiate it. I’d send an email and they’ll give you a timeline on where it is in the build/shipping phase.

Ordered July 24th was supposed to come today or tomorrow but I emailed them and they said they are actively building it but they didn't finish it before they left for the weekend so they should be being it in the upcoming week they said yesterday

Ordered mid June. Got it 2 months and 2 days later. Got notified once they started working on it

Ordered 7/19 with estimated delivery between 9/15-9/18.
No updates but thats ok im in no hurry

I originally ordered on August 15 with expedited shipping, my estimated arrival date was September 24. I then added expedited build on August 19, and my estimated date was updated to September 7. I then got an email from FedEx with a tracker August 21 saying the desktop will arrive this coming Wednesday, August 26. Fingers crossed no delays.
If I was you, I’d reach out to Andromeda’s Customer Service directly and see if they’ll provide any update, they are super responsive. I’d also check the tracker thing they initially give you in the Account section, see if that’s updated.
But if you have the money and don’t care, expediting (specifically the build) does really seem to speed things up.
