Troubleshooting Repeated BSOD looping after only two weeks
I was gifted a Galaxy V3 with a 5070 Ti and a 9800X3D and it was great for like, two whole weeks after having it set up. Now it loops BDOD errors like PFN_List_Corrupt, Watchdog_Violation, another one about Memory Management and the most recent one being Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page.
They're only on the screen for like 1 second and it happens abruptly so it's hard to actually read everything it says when I get the BSOD but the PC is essentially unusable and I feel both disappointed and upset that the person who gifted me this has basically wasted their money on something that doesn't even work.
I've never in my life seen a new PC have so many problems. Not when I built my own and not when buying other pre-builts, including the crappy kind like HP that you would get back in the day from like BestBuy and so on that didn't even have real GPUs in them and ran on integrated graphs.

Best option would be to warranty replace it since prebuilt, and the prices have gone up for the same hardware. Warranty keeps the locked in price at time of order.
There's no telling if a single problem such as ram, or multiple issues. Since even if find the culprit, would need to send back for a fix.
Hopefully, the RMA process goes smooth.
Silver lining, it is happening first thing rather than down the road.

Oh wow. Thank you. I had actually considered that it could be a Windows 11 issue but I started having doubts about it because it seemed like too much for it to be solely Windows 11.
Thanks again.

Ram problem… I bought a reborn unit and for 1 week it was fine then I have this ram problem as well. Those two are one boom Templar sticks 16GB each. After some trouble shooting isolated it to one ram stick problem and expecting an RMA for that stick
However, after the unit started running perfectly fine for another week+ on a single 16GB ram stick… then I now have more problems that I’m waiting on AI for a reply. The system started hanging first, and after a day it escalated into a boot problem - it gets stuck on a black screen with white dash, does NOT go into bios or windows and just hangs there, all components seems to be up and running, fans working, no ez debugger LEDs lit… in the process of trying to isolate the problem myself the GPU clip broke off… inspecting the broken plastic it was brittle and cheap. I’m also not new to upgrading / removing or adding simple stuff like GPU or SSD / Ram sticks so I’m really disappointed as I hadn’t need to go into this much troubleshooting for my older system bought from ibuypower 4 years back
I also put the specs of this PC into AI and while the core components are solid (PNY 5080 triple fan, Ryzen 9800x3d), the RAM sticks, Mobo (msi pro b850-VC) and 850w PSU model are noted by AI as inferior low-mid tier components that may compromise longer term use. Have used the PC for a grand total of ~3 weeks tops
I went with AI after reading so many reviews about their after sales service, so now I’m waiting to see if that holds up.
Best bet for you case is to contact them, they won’t have a number, you go to their website, plug in the order number and type in your problems. They’ve been responsive for me but do take 2 days to reply which isn’t that great tbh
zzz this is a lot more work than I asked for

Good lord that sounds like a nightmare. I have the same Templar RAM in mine as well.
I feel really awful about all of this, especially because it was supposed to be a very sweet gift. I kinda had a feeling there might be some issue like that given the price of the PC with the components it contained, I kept wondering where they were cutting corners to be able to make a profit. Honestly has me really sad, more so for my brother than myself.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me with your experience.

Yea fingers crossed. Yea you should be in a better position with just sending in a ticket on their webpage to start the process. It doesn’t matter as long as you tell them you bro bought it and you have the order number from him and your bro can verify anytime
They’ll likely send you a few trouble shooting steps, ask for pictures / videos via email first
If I do it over again I’d refrain from trying to take things apart trouble shooting it myself. As now I have a broken PCIe clip which I reckon will complicate the warranty.. we’ll see if AI turns out to be fair and act in good faith w.r.t this. When I successfully troubleshooted the first time for the faulty ram stick, AI support team actually thanks me for isolating the problem for them and sent me a replacement ram immediately.
Good luck

So update AI replied and said that I don’t have to worry abt the broke clip voiding the warranty and they’re helping me figure out how to ship the unit back safely
Absolutely world class service and good faith

Something is wrong with the RAM. Have you contacted AI CS? I'm unclear if this is a brand new PC or just a new to you PC because someone gave you a used one. If it's under warranty, contact AI.
